Being a college sophomore it's impossible to not have a phone, but I use it only in one particular slot of the day. that helps to be regular with both studies & yt! I do not use any other social media except yt which saves time. I probably don't have friends who can distract me to have fun so that again saves my time! kdramas are rewarding in that one slot of the day, if you cross that limit then that'll be a distraction :)
