The content most players care about has been so mid over the past year, it doesn’t surprise me that the creation has fallen off a cliff. There’s a middling campaign ship, and one very expensive premium every 5 weeks. Every 4 months or so a legendary tier ship is added that sane people can’t even play for 3 months at the soonest after its release.. and that’s it. Things that are implemented are done so to reach the bare minimum requirements, service record, training rooms, fleet battles.. and then there are the features no one wanted, research points, the auction, calendars, all of which could’ve been put in the bureau rather than leave the bureau and the implementation of legendary tier the festering pile of 💩it still is after three years. The in game UI and post game results screen has needed work since long before the placement of your legendary perk being active thrown straight into the middle of the screen, but instead, all the UI is being redesigned for mobile interfaces instead. Which is a long winded way of saying, I’m not surprised there are only like 4 people making regular content, though when I brought this up on the cc discord, I was informed that I was, in fact, wrong.

You know what's ironic? It's that the actual mobile UI is actually...good? As in, it retains a lot of the old menu layout along with an option to toggle a zoom level when viewing the tech trees, something console WoWSL still doesn't have

I don’t knock the guy he has some good context and it’s helpful, but the past games I’ve came against him when I’ve gone back and watched his stream. He would make some comment on me and my play style and be some what toxic at times when all I do is make the best out of situations. Nothing against him great cc and player just maybe had a few bad experiences with him? Who knows

I'm pretty sure the Legends playerbase is fairly healthy right now. Legends content creation has just staggered a little due to various controversies and 'retirements'

I fought SpartanElite43 recently in a random match. 1v1. Iowa v Alabama. He went BROADSIDE TO ME in his Alabama, so I second him not being the best player, but I still love his content. Sent him a ggs via a chat and he replied in kind so he seems like a decent enough guy.

Well, I don't even register in the 'Who' category. I'll need to work harder.

I haven't seen Captain Thatch on your list might have missed it. Idk if he's a CC but he used to make top notch reviews on wowsbuild, like really deep dived and technical. I odn't know if you know him but there were very good, but he stopped a long time ago now. i been playing since atlanta campaign and pretty much agree on your list, i would have put tactic a bit higher and maybe chilli top of the table (with that Pg guy :) ) Tbull is a tough choice, he taught me the game, the first i watched and he was really realy helpfull (his tip videos were out like May 2019, at that time there was spartan and him, not much), but i stopped watching after a year or so, a bit too negative for me

Sad what this game has become. I started playing Feb 2020. The player base is just horrific now and unplayable solo. So many OG's I knew stopped playing. Tbull should be a S tier for his contributions alone. Did Spartan get his cc back for the 2nd time? Also AAron and Peak streams were hillarious, especially when Spartan joined. I knew everyone listed except for the Japanese guy. Alot of people hate Peak, but he called out WG consistently for the right reasons with broken promises and taking 4 years to roll out clan battles. Wg let this game die. Also you don't have A Blackpriest14 listed. Shame! He is still active as well.
