What a beauty 👏🏽 the actually mileage on the car is 148,000. The clocks were turned back at 142,000 in 2010 and since it’s done 6000 as showing now

Nice and simple 190E something different from the Evo 1 & 2 in the museum. The wheel design is so discreet that on an untrained eye it looks like a stock 190E wheel. Nice piece guys !
I hate to be the one to tell you this but I'm in the UK and checked the registration number and that car has done way more than 6k miles.

The official UK MOT history says - last check in 02/2015 with 6585 miles on the clock. So I'm not sure what exactly are you talking about ?

@nightmoodandy9146 in 2010 it had 142k miles on it. Year after, mileage dropped by 138k miles.

Got a W201 with Lorinser RSK rims myself, so very cool to see this. Great video and to see you take care of this rare gem.

Legendary 190E Baby Benz, And this mint condition Lorinser kit is a gem, beautiful car, simple but elegant - another great addition to the collection
Happy to say I have had 3 201’s in my life. The best one was 2.6 sportline. All fantastic cars but the KE-jetronic CIS fuel system can be tricky for people who don’t know how they work or how to adjust. Thanks for the video…

I dont know if you noticed that before but the car has the facelift rear view mirrors.
Had a champagne 190e in highschool that I dreamed of restoring to the late 80s glory. I definitely felt iconic rolling around in it with the sunroof open bumping the WU !

Idk if you guys would do something like this, but I feel like your channel should make some detailing and maintenance tutorials or something, you guys probably have one of the greatest wealth's of resources of anyone regarding all the technical information about these cars, and I feel like you could probably help a lot of people keep them on the road. There's a few KZread channels out there that are doing this to some extent, but they typically only have a few cars, and definitely don't have modified cars, which I feel like you guys would be perfect to specialize in. How to keep a modified classic Mercedes on the road, that's what I want to see.

E30 over 190 all day :/ history wrote itself. & once this came… everything remained the same.
the press car has fog lights in the front bumper or am i confused?

wipers on the front lights (press car had these deleted) front bumper has a open center (no slats) non 190 rims wheels are 350sl offset the (front rims and tyres stick out past the front wheel arches) i could go on but these guys will correct its faults.

When this came out we had a 500e, a 320 convertible, a Grand Wagoneer in the family and a rental. 190 for business reasons. I looked at this toy back then and I thought beeh, what a cheap piece of crap for a Mercedes. 30 years later, and compared to nowadays car, well, I have changed my mind.
