I think you should only keep one rinnegan for Sasuke. The reason is that if in the canon story he didn't unlock two here it makes no sense without Hagoromo's help. Madara got it as an old man and Madara is much better than Sasuke until Hagoromo helps him. If in this story Sasuke will remain an enemy it means that Hagoromo shouldn't help him right? If the story evolves like I think Naruto needs to become the new complete sage of six path. I don't know if Kaguya will come, but if this is going to be a free-for-all against Konoha and probably Suna until they figure out what Akatsuki is doing, Naruto needs all the power he can get. For me Naruto can beat everyone except Madara in his current state. For Sasuke it must be said that he shouldn't know how to use the rinnegan if he gets it. Naruto and Sasuke at the end of shippuden already have the knowledge to use the new skills or at least part of them. Here Sasuke should start from scratch or at least I think. Then this Sasuke doesn't have the mangekyou and eternal mangekyou with Itachi still alive. So until he unlocks at least the mangekyou he shouldn't get the rinnegan. As mentioned Madara didn't get it right away and Madara is a lot stronger than Sasuke. Are you going to use Tayuya as Sasuke's girlfriend here? For me she is a better choice than Karin who is too much of a fangirl.

At Naruto’s current strength it’s more than possible to say he’s on madaras level if not a little beyond it because of the rigorous training he’s went through with someone who was definitely stronger than the 3 Sannin along with the 3rd hokage and he’s been training with him since a little kid although it’s more than certain that he’s been taught all the sealing jutsus, and it’s even possible that he’s gotten ahold of his clans kekkei genkai of the sealing chains due to him hailing from the direct line of the uzumakis clan leader ashina , but for saying madara is stronger than naruto it’s already a close call to say but I think he might be stronger if not on par with him because he he as yet to utilize his power of the 9tails in this series it’s possible that when he does it’ll be known throughout the land that he tamed the strongest tailed beast which according to the stories from the past up until now no one was capable of such a feat only madara has somewhat done it but not to the extent of naruto because madara only put him in a genjustu and not making him submit as naruto did in cannon he’s more that able to take down such a shinobi as madara because as far as his training goes with ashina he was able to tame kurama along with him being friends with him do to defeating him but his demeanor may differ from the relationship he had with him during the cannon story , it gives him plausible abilities that even the kages within the 5 villages and beyond that , that he’s more than capable of defeating every foe that he comes across though some may pose a challenge since I think people from the world of bleach will come into play and they will maybe but most definitely be more closer than being on par with him or atleast give him a challenge worth acknowledging to naruto than the kages and shinobis within the great 5 villages , although you made a more than good point about sasuke gaining the rinnegan and the mangekyo sharingan or the eternal for that matter

Well, Madara didn’t obtain the Rinnegan due to a small fraction of Hashirama chakra. Sasuke got a LOT more at once.
