Hello, friend! Please tell me how to get a $5 clothing request for Jack from Abigail before John's "Sheep and Goats" quest, that's the last request I have left to do in chapter 2! And it doesn't spawn or trigger!

The first thing you need to do is to make sure that the “Fisher of Men” mission (when Arthur goes fishing with Jack, is completed). Also, completing the Survivalist Challenge 2 is a helpful trigger, but not a must. You need to talk to Abigail when she is playing with Jack in front of her tent. Sometimes she is sitting on the box in front of her tent, but you need her to be sitting on the ground next to Jack, talking and playing with him. You approach Abigail and if you see her not playing with Jack, just go and talk to her, and immediately leave the camp, ride for a short distance (to the rail track), and get back to camp. This would reset the dialogue and position of everyone at camp. Then try to talk to her again. If she is not playing with Jack, go out of the camp again, ride for a short distance (to the rail track) and back again. Keep doing this until you see her playing with Jack. When she is ready to ask you for money, you can hear her talking to Jack, as soon as you arrive at camp. For me the best time was between 11:00 am. to 5:00 pm. I hope this help.
