I feel you... on the TV series she was great and people agreed, but now, for some reason everyone hates her!

What you all need to understand is she is only 20 YEARS OLD!!!! She will continue to grow and get better!! I love her so much as she is herself :)

Why is everyone so mean? Bailey was a good elle, sorry to say but no one here is a Broadway casting agent, she was picked for a reason, and she was good. She isnt LBB, but NO ONE is LBB, okay? She tried to make it her own, and she did. Can you people, stop?

I love how Christian goes "Aw..." when Chico (Bruiser) jumps in the bag and covers it up with a cough. LOLness!

i get it that everybody loves LBB, and I do too. but imagine the pressure Bailey must feel when she takes over a role that already have such big standards. Personally, i think bailey did an amazing job as Elle. Laura was amazing as Elle, she IS elle, and she will probably always be. But still, I think we should appreciate what Bailey does, even if she's not as good as Laura, she's still amazing.

She's so funny as Elle. I do think she needs a pink computer skin, though.

i don't feel a connection between elle and emmett in this one. in the laura version they seemed like they actually liked each other but christian seems 100% annoyed with bailey in this one

Well judging by the apparent affair between laura and christian that ended christian's marraige, there was a genuine connection between those two, don't think it could be matched by and him and bailey

yeah i would have to agree. i think that when your acting in a show you should really be in the moment like right then right its actually happening to you and i feel like she just gives out all the lines without really feeling them.

You can see Christian genuinely didn't enjoy preforming with Bailey. I mean, obviously it's rumoured there was an affair between him and Laura, but don't you think he still would've given it more if it was anyone else? She is honestly the worst Elle I have seen.

Everyone needs to stop hating on Bailey. She got the part for a reason. None of you are professional broadway starts and directors so you really have no say in it. Of course she’s not like LBB (Laura Bell Bundy) because every actor and actress has to make it their own and that’s the fun in acting. Bailey makes a great Elle and if she didn’t I don’t think Jerry would have chosen her for the part now do you? Honestly if you don’t like it then oh well because Bailey is Elle weather you guys like it or not

super geeky observation, but her 'it's for hair' is more funny than i've heard anyone else do it.

bailey is actually really good Ive seen her live 2 times and shes really good and super funny, espeically at the last show.

if I hadn't seen christian and laura together and experienced their chemistry, I wouldn't have anything against this performance. BUT... Bailey seemed like a bratty little kid and Christian seemed like it was everything he could do to get through the show each night.

Most people who can play Elle (the bubbly, energetic, effervescent woman) have lighter voices reflecting their lighter personalities. Makes it hard to really belt. This is actually a pretty belty voice for that type of woman.

Honestly bailey is so boring. I really loved her in the show but she isn’t working it. She’s amazing but this isn’t her role.

Bailey really fell flat. I'm surprised because I heard she was good. She just wasn't funny here (except near the end) and she had zero chemistry with Christian.
