Legalities of Owning Grenades & Explosive Ordnance

Sean discusses the legalities of lawfully owning frag-grenades, Claymores, Molotov Cocktails, Grenade-Launchers, RPGs, and more.
Sean is not a lawyer (and certainly not your lawyer), and has no idea what he is talking about. This video should not be regarded as legal advice. A random crackhead on the street, and even Arfcom has better legal advice than this terrible and entirely false video does. Making explosives and explosive weapons is a horrible idea with potential Darwinian consequences, and your mother certainly would disapprove.
If you do decide to be an moron and make explosives, make sure you consult a real lawyer on the federal, state, and local legalities of manufacturing explosives. Just because it's legal with the feds, doesn't mean your local fire marshal isn't going to be the party-pooper on your explosives fun.

A company used to sell a non NFA flash-bang that was pretty close to the real thing, if i remember correctly it used a small 1/4 ounce flash powder charge connected to a small chamber with a blast disk, the gases produced popped the disk creating a very loud noise and a big flash.

Idk, I kind of disagree with this one. Explosives are fickle bastards. Anyone handling explosive devices designed for explicit destructive effect should definitely have independent qualification and oversight. Flashbangs? Sure, whatever. Don't burn your house down. Howitzer shells in your basement? Not really. Safe storage of explosives and safe storage of firearms are two hugely different games, and need to be treated as such. By all means, own an active RPG. But somebody should definitely know about it, and you should definitely have to prove your mental fitness to possess it. I'm not concerned about people killing others on purpose. I'm concerned about people killing others by accident. 🤷 Your right to bear arms is important, but it doesn't supercede your neighbor's right to not be killed by flying debris when some dumbass accidentally detonates a pile of random unregistered explosives.

you spoke in abbreviations almost like a used car salesman or some one who has a good deal for you because hes your friend! but what is "HK?" at 1:44. You also spoke about your customers? im not exactly sure what your doing? do you know batman? i have tried to contact "Texas Tactical Gear" im using Linux and consequently Thunderbird and it warned me not to! their is a problem here! which TTG should become aware of! are you in Texas and ive never seen a machine gun shotgun you should do a video on that. sounds like a batman device.

All I gathered from this video is that the government is idiotic, and is too overreaching and overbearing.... Vote for Jo Jorgensen for President. She wants to abolish the ATF and get rid of the National Firearms Act of 1934 and other unconstitutional gun laws.
