This man fed the entire neighborhood when a tornado hit a few years ago. The neighbor sueing Roy tried to partner up with him first. He declined so shes been filing lawsuits non stop. She moved here from CA 2 years ago. Main character syndrome is rampant in East Nashville lately.😢

It's "has run", not "has ran". And I agree that we are all SO TIRED of people moving in and then saying "You have to change anything here that makes me uncomfortable". Then when we say that those changes would US uncomfortable, they say "Change happens. Move away if you don't like it".

Well, it's Tennessee, so using the wrong word is to be expected. Also like how violating the laws is fine when it's someone you support, as is the case for this restaurant. It's in a residential zone. It is designated as zone code OV-UZO: Medium density residential, requiring a minimum 5,000 square foot lot and intended for single-family dwellings at a density of 7.41 dwelling units per acre. Compare this to Frothy Monkey, a business half a mile away. It is designated as zone code CN: COMMERCIAL NEIGHBORHOOD IS INTENDED FOR VERY LOW INTENSITY RETAIL, OFFICE, AND CONSUMER SERVICE USES WHICH PROVIDE FOR THE RECURRING SHOPPING NEEDS OF NEARBY RESIDENTIAL AREAS.

She obviously did not do her due diligence on the neighborhood. She needs to get over herself.
