Just got this off facebook listing for £25!!! Used to use 3 bar and totally understand the knee pain comment and hitting the roadblock. Thanks for the frontsplit tip. I guess you can also do sidesplits on them if you lay flat, but turning the wheel in that position is impossible unless with a partner :D I wish there was a different handle just for that. My machines similar to the one in video. I remember as a kid I used to have one in my karate dojo that shows you actual degrees on it, i had 215 degrees back than till i discovered videogames lol. Now 20 years later fighting hard to get at least 180.

Always wanted one of these. I think Ill look into it now that I really have the time. I find it necessary. Thx

I used to have a hydraulic system, and this seems much better and no leaks.

I really like the looks of this and I've been keeping my eye on leg stretching machines for a while of many Brands but I've been hearing the same problem that the gear in the mechanism breaks for a lot of them so I'm so skeptical about buying one

Could you use this far away from the point you mention here @ 5:15? I mean that, if you are starting out with horrible mobility can you use this type of machine right away?

Awesome review , how much do they go for ? I had one that had à ratchet lever you pushed forward and it was totally useless and the parts of the mechanism were utterly crap so looking for another buy a good one .

It's defeintly one of the best tools you can use to help you achieve full box splits. I haven't found anything better to date.

How much you can go with ...180°or 360°

I wouldn't recommend going from nothing to ALL THE WAY on day one, unless you really like pain, especially the next day. It can vary greatly in time, it depends how often you practice and how much you are willing to push it.

@Enso Martial Arts I just started using my Leg Stretcher, I started around 10 rotations and now at 14 rotations in a week, It also hurts the inside of my hips. Is this normal when I'm at furthest stretch. It be nice if you could put out daily 20-30 min stretch videos for people to follow along with. So Im at 14 rotations now, How long before I can achieve full split? Thanks

Hello, stretching will be uncomfortable but it shouldn't hurt. Ease off a bit and just keep it regular in terms of a daily routine. Even when you achieve full splits if you don't practice your flexibility every day you will quickly loose it. In terms of how long it will take, everyone is different in terms of how their body will progress. Factors like diet, natural ability, what you have done before all affect it. The fastest way to get splits though is not by forcing the stretch as hard as possible every five minutes, this will lead to injuries, but to be consistent every day and take it easy when your body is asking you to and pushing it when you feel it can take it. Follow this and you'll get the results you want.

Thanks brother, Back when I was in my late teens and early 20's I was a huge Van Damme fan and I could almost do a complete split. But now Im 43, it is taking a little longer to achieve result but their coming along nicely but slowly. I'm stretching at least twice a day for 20-30 min settings each time. I will keep you informed, Im currently at 14 1/2 rotations.

Im at 15 Rotations and I can stay there for quite a while comfortably, I even crank it to 16 rotations for a few secs.. But I'm really trying to get to the high 3/4 of the 15th rotation and for it to be comfortable. It's is really weird, Some Days Im more flexible with less pain than other days. Why is that?

I WANT TO GAIN A GREAT DEAL OF FLEXIBILITY FROM MY LOWER BACK, HIPS, GLUTES, DOWNWARD TO MY HAMSTRINGS, AND QUADS. I'VE DONE A NUMBER OF MARTIAL ARTS, BUT I'VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO PERFORM HIGH SECTION KICKS, PLEASE HELP ME. I'M 20 STONE, IS THIS TOO HEAVY FOR THIS PARTICULAR LEG STRETCHING MACHINE ? . SUMOS OF OVER 300 POUNDS, I'VE SEEN DOING BOX SPLITS SO! ?

You will be able to use this leg stretcher no problem, but it won't help you with overall flexibility only box splits, side splits and front splits (a bit). I would recommend adding yoga into your weekly training schedule, personally I think there is nothing better for whole body flexibility and practicing at home will get you amazing results. To achieve high kicks you'll need to add in some dynamic stretching, but see how you get on with Yoga first and good luck!

It turns very well, it will go way beyond what your legs can manage in a nice smooth action. There are none in stock currently but we should have some soon, they were meant to be here already but covid has caused some shipping issues.

I would of course say yes, but I am biased as I am selling it. It is all dependent on how you look at it. If you think it's a lot of money then you probably don't really need it. If you think, I want that and that will help me achieve my goals then it is well worth the investment.

I got one of these but it pulls more of my knees than targeting my groins
