10 minutes treadmill, 3.0 mph, 8.0 incline
Light stretch and 10 bodyweight squats
Workout:
Barbell squats 4x8
Barbell sumo deadlifts 4x8
Barbell hip thrusts 4x10
SUPERSET: 4x (using same weight)
Dumbbell RDLs x10
Dumbbell reverse lunges x8 per leg
- Elevated calf raises 4x12
