I'm from El Monte, I'm in my 30's, growing up I never heard not one Mexican/ Latino say "nigga". I don't live in EM anymore but I go back to the old neighborhood a lot. I can't tell you how many lil ass kids be saying "nigga" these days at family/ homie functions...definitely catches me off guard. Lefty right tho, SGV mostly raza, there's definitely pockets of Blacks here and there but we didn't mingle with the Black homies like that growing that's facts.
