Leftover Brisket Chili on the Traeger
In this video, we're making delicious leftover brisket chili on the Traeger grill! If you have some leftover brisket from a barbecue or slow cook, this is the perfect way to use it up and create a hearty and flavorful meal.
To start, we heat up the Traeger grill to 275 and add in some diced onions and peppers in our pot. Then add in our leftover brisket, which we've diced into small pieces.
Next, we add in some canned diced tomatoes, , chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Then after a couple of hours we add in kidney beans. We let the chili cook for about 20-30 minutes, or until it's hot and bubbly.
Once the chili is cooked, we serve it up hot with some shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro on top. This leftover brisket chili is a delicious and easy way to use up your leftover meat and create a tasty meal that the whole family will love. Enjoy!
