Oh God. British envy.

Anyone who knows the French also knows that they've lived under the far right during WW2 and won't ever decide to go in for seconds. They use the Le Pens to stir up feeling in the first round of voting to get the incumbent out of bed and put his hearing aids back on. It works every time. If only other western countries had that degree of insight into political artistry. We'd have been spared what just happened over the last decade in Britain and what's about to unfold over the next decade in the US. France is still the most sophisticated and civilized culture in a flawed world. America has joined the ranks of the least. All of it by choice and criminal intent.

@@damnedseagull6194 I check facts before I comment publicly. The worst colonists of old were the Spanish and Portuguese, followed by the British then the French. The worst of all are Americans. In all cases, it's a tiny criminal elite who set the tone for the nature and style of plunder. By default, it falls to them to run things while the mass sleeps.
