In honor of Gibi’s upcoming birthday as well as her recent 1000-video milestone, I propose we share what is our all-time favorite Gibi video, and maybe a little about why. As for me, at first I thought no way can I pick just one. But then it came to me: the one I’ve watched the most would have to be the One. And the winner?: ASMR The Sound of Music | Maria Sings You to Sleep, posted 23 June 2020, I guess not only because it is super-calming and tingly, but also because it showcases Gibi’s amazing acting and singing skills in the most spot-on celebrity impression I have ever seen. The left to right ear mic is probably my favorite ASMR style! It is very cool

My favourite thing about Gibi is that she doesnt creepily stare into the camera or talk really loudly. It's all very calm and soft talking. I love it!

Absolutely loved this ear to ear video, everything was so good 😌, all the finger flutters, the tapping, scratching and gripping sounds on the different objects, like the lotion, "brings my hands from an 80 year old back to a 20 year old" Same for me! 😆 The matches and candle. The plant was amazing. The water bottle, "Did a double take when I saw the 'glow in the dark' tag... gimme that!" 😂 The makeup pouch and tiny box were great, and I really enjoyed the pencil sharpener's popping sound and the speaker at the end. Same for all the whispered rambles of course, by the way Happy Early Birthday Gibi! I'm glad that it's on a Monday this year, your "true birthday" as you said, but also favorite day of the week 🥳.

Since Gibi mentioned it I feel enticed to share that overly frequent hand washing is actually one of the most common symptoms of anxiety disorders, including but not limited to OCD. If it's causing you issues, it can be improved with the right medication and (usually CBT) therapy. This is actually how I got diagnosed after the hand washing started causing me pretty bad skin problems so I'm saying this for the people who need that extra motivation to get checked out
