I like how Jellyfish Can't Swim At Night and Girls Band Cry have similar settings this season, and both deal with issues that are relatable to youths and I just can't help but chase after both series to see how they develop.

Lol, funny you mention those two shows because they're the only new anime I'm watching this season. The rest are continuations of past series

I am loving this series so far. I thought the extra pictures of the Jelee mascot were strung together to form part of the moving animation. My highlight of the episode, though, was definitely the Ameretsu/sun dance!

Amaterasu dance is the 2020s version of the Ankou dance

I think the disconnect was that Kiui’s V-Tuber persona is the person she wants to be, but she folded under the social pressure. I think she couldn’t accept that she wasn’t as strong as she thought she was. She stopped going out, she lied to everyone, so she could pretend she was as strong as she wants to be.

Kiwi might be my fav of the group, looking forward to see how it goes from here.

Blue Poison's not quite my favorite operator, but it's definitely nice to see her getting screentime.

Kiwi was practically isolated from school. She was not bullied, she just didn't fit in due to her personality and her interests didn't match her classmates

Kiui is the classic case of a chunibyo. She was expecting to go in to high school with the same persona and it didnt work . Instead of questioning her own maturity she blames everyone else

She used at least 4 images if not all 5, that's why the second image looks animated. It's "moving" via 3 or 4 images.

Themes aside, the direction and cinematography is just seamless. The ED is legit has the same feels as the vsingers that I follow alongside the vtubers I follow. Part of me also wonders what circumstances my oshis went through. At the same time wanting them to be able pull through their circumstances.

Great series so far.

3:00 around minute 8 and 40 seconds we can see that her views are decreasing. She is nothing receiving attention enough. This is Doga Kobo's Wonder Egg Priority. No only they chose the cheap path of showing us character "dramas" first and foremost instead of trying the hard part of developing the character while they interact with each other, they also showed the characters being... not "nice" actually, definitively not "right", and wants us to agree and root for them. I'm sorry, but no, this Kiui is completely delusional, she has nothing to prove against the world.

No interest in this anime at all.

@@raec5426 Yes, I listen to all his videos now, just because I’ve no interest in watching it myself I’ll listen to videos about his views on it. I also watch videos about comic books even though I only read manga, because I like knowing what’s happening in comics at the moment & how bad it is.
