I have it for more than 7 years. They just told me by EKG. I have no symptoms, I am on Keto diet, lost weight, my BP got normal,no palpitations, Nothing. It might not be a cure but I had it checked again last week. The doctor told me there is no change since then. Some doctors scare people. Be on keto diet, get rid of processed foods, exercise regularly you will be fine.

I just had a ct angiogram and diagnosed with severe LAE.

Mine started probably from being a cop. Job doesn't help heart issues.

My mom has been found to have enlarged left atrium. She was having a medicine Clopilet which is a blood thinner to mitigate the risk of clotting. Now she consulted 2 doctors and both have suggested her to stop taking it. But she is still taking it because without taking it she is feeling suffocation and breathlessness. Can u tell if taking clopilet is fine in this situation?

Am 35 ..started having palpitations …ECG ? LAE …awaiting echo but I have counselled myself ,that am now on the track of returning my soul to my creator..been having a good lifestyle …but ooooh well these are the last days of my life ……

Mine is 40 mm. My cardiologist says it fine but internet tells me 39 mm is the max for women. Should I worry? My echocardiogram was 6 weeks after pregnancy. Can this be a cause?

Mine is 1 mm too big for women but I dont have any symptons or I dont pay attention to it. Your symptons can also be from stress but always go to your doctor first ofcourse
