💙I was a 19yr old Evertonian packed into that end when Big Joe Royce glanced in that goal that sent us Evertonians Wild "Cheering our heads off!"..🤣😂...Brilliant!..?Leeds ended a run of 16 unbeaten games...What a great game that was...we ended up finishing 3rd that season...and CHAMPIONS the following season!...great times being an Evertonian back then ...I followed them everywhere 💙

Fantastic goal by Royle. A very brave header. Mick Lyons, Andy Gray and Bob Latchford would have been proud to have scored that one.

Real blood and thunder stuff. Leeds went on to win the league, losing only 2 matches in a 42 game season.
