I have said this before and I will say it again, last seasons failures are this seasons no hopers, its no coincidence, these players have over achieved. They simply are not good enough, they weren't good enough in the PL and they are not good enough now in the championship its time for you to be realistic, we are not going to win in the playoffs that I can assure you, it won't matter if BumFluff comes back or if James is available they won't be match fit. The Solution is to sack Farke and put up for sale all of last years players and rebuild with a different team its that simple, for next season, see no real reason to persist with these players. Yes I know Farke got a four year contract he still can be sacked just about money, its the same people who decided to reward Bumfluff with a contract until the end of 26, needs a complete clear out of the coaching staff, management and players, until we change things at Leeds your going to suffer the same fate! Ipswich has shown how it should be done. Leeds and fans should stop Bulling up the players beyond their natural ability, and staying loyal, best thing to do is get rid and start again and have a solid plan to get out of this division in a finite time period, my prediction is, if we keep theses players we will be 15th next season and then relegated the next. I don't personally care that you give me a load of grief in the comments I 'am saying how it really is this is not an emotional spike been saying it for ages, if you want to be a successful club you have to start looking at your deficiencies and act to remove them! By placating the players and the management, and ignoring the faults you are by default accepting failure!

I think the manager is tactically inept and he has cultivated an entitled toxic atmosphere within the dressing room. This has been promoted by you lot the KZreadrs who change the narrative to our games and don’t allow us the fans to speak our minds online. I’m going to give you an example of the culture the manager has created and you tell me if it’s not detrimental to the club. Several weeks ago I like many others was blown away by what I thought was the best cameo by any Leeds player for possibly years, I’m talking about young Mateo Joseph I was at the Chelsea game and I witnessed with my own eyes what a great prospect this club has with all the physical and technical attributes you need to succeed in the Prem let alone Championship they were all on display that night. I would even go as far to say he has more ceiling than Archie because goalscorers are held in higher esteem in football. Anyway the following game against Huddersfield Farke went with the old guard to the detriment of Joseph who didn’t see a single minute of playing time and the subsequent weeks either. The small cameos he made only reinforced what I and many of my mates thought, this kid is going to be special. Now I’m a person that likes to do my research so I started asking around and between staff and players that work for the club I think out of 20 or so people not one had anything bad to say about him in fact quite the opposite the words that kept creeping up were humble and hard worker. So I ask myself and we can go back to the original point if you have this kind of player in your squad who is obviously better than Bamford and Piroe why isn’t he getting more minutes is it the culture Farke has harvested within the Dressing room, you only have to look at Piroes goal today and the team celebration with him after scoring. That’s the culture that now reigns at Elland Road and our last few games reflect that culture not the culture of hard work and professionalism being rewarded but the entitled lazy toxicity that loses games.

You were behaving like a petulant child, not paying attention to what I was saying and arguing with me for the sake of it. You've been very critical of Piroe's performances. He scores goals but you need to be able to do more than that. It's the same with Farke. All people seem to be able to defend him with is that he got 90 points and he got Norwich up. But I want to know about his qualities as a manager. Under Bielsa we fell short in the first season but we saw signs that we could push on and get stronger. I haven't seen that from Farke. And you can talk about 90 points all you like. We were 6 points behind 2nd place. And we totally bottled the run in. He never knew his best team, he lost to too many ordinary teams with too many ordinary performances. If you ignore this you're not being honest. You can attack me, you can ban me, you can call me all the names under the sun, but it doesn't make me wrong. Why is it so hard to demand a Bielsa level appointment? Why do Villa go out and get Emery while we prat around with Jesse Marsch? These questions need asking and unfortunately the KZread gang, the Loser Mafia have always been content with managers who aren't up to the job and take any criticism of them personally.

Most of chat were telling you to give it a rest. That doesn't happen with Mr.P; he's critical of Farke but doesn't labour the point, understands that we're not all going to agree on everything and doesn't browbeat with skewed arguments. I admit I wasn't over the moon at Farke's appointment but the problem the 49ers faced was attracting a top coach/manager to a second tier club with the prospect of having none of the stars from the previous season to work with. It wasn't my decision so I accept theirs. Of the managers Leeds have looked at since Bielsa, one is doing OK at Bournemouth and another is on his way to Anfield. Personally, I have reservations over some players. Summerville doesn't vary his play enough and looks disinterested at times, Kamara doesn't have great vision, Piroe is ponderous unless given a chance he doesn't have to think about, while Georgi often looks to have the legs of a giraffe, the arms of a windmill and boots of the bounciest rubber, yet somehow comes out with the ball sometimes. In fact the whole team has had a heavy first touch since at least Leicester at home. For me the most consistently good have been Archie, Amps & Gruev. I'll not defend Farke's substitutions or their timing. Why wait until 60-65m when we're losing or drawing? Why have 6 forwards on for the last 10 minutes just to have a forest of players around their goal? How the hell can Piroe stay on the pitch for the whole of the QPR game - or today's for that matter? Do I think Farke is the best we could hope for? No. Was he the best we could get last summer? Probably. Could he have done better? Undoubtedly. Is 90pts a poor tally for a season in the Championship? Not when we beat the two teams above us home and away, no. For me, it is what it is and I have everything crossed for the POs - I'd rather have 15 contentious VAR episodes in a season than 10 in every match without it.

@@Chewiebakke Mr P was banging on more than me. I kept going on because Max kept misunderstanding what I was saying. You talk like I was just spamming Farke Out. I was addressing what people were saying and making good points. And now it turns out you agree with me and it seems a lot of fans do. It no good burying your head in the sand and pretending it will be okay if you don't think Farke is up to the job. Make your voice known so the 49ers get the message otherwise it's 15 years down again.

🤣 Dear oh dear, Clive calling someone else petulant, that really is funny.🤣🤣 Answer this, did Bielsa have a 15 game unbeaten run, did he go on a 9 game winning run, were Leeds unbeaten at home under Bielsa for all but 2 games of the season?

@@CB-xr1eg what does it matter how long an unbeaten run or a winning run is if you don't get over the line? Bielsa lost 3 games at Elland Road and won the league by 10 points. If you're trying to suggest Farke is better than Bielsa and has achieved more then you're sick.

@@clivet3252This isn't a place for an argument, if that's what you're driving at, although it'd do wonders for Max re the algorithm lol. I think you either didn't read my response in full or didn't entirely digest it. I don't agree that we should be demanding a manager of Bielsa's standing to immediately replace Farke. I said he could have done better but so could Bielsa, O'Leary, Wilko, Revie & Armfield in their first seasons. Amps, Gruev, Rodon, Roberts & Byram have been much more impressive than Anthony and Piroe but they've come in after his appointment and who would have thought we'd ever see Firpo actually perform? Anyone watching Leeds regularly can't honestly say we wouldn't need to improve quality and depth whether going up or not. As regards the good points you were making, I don't remember any. I have the overriding impression that they all boiled down to 'Farke isn't Bielsa'.

Struijk is a big miss. I agree drop firpo for cooper going on in po. At least cooper can take advantage of corners etc as nobody else seems to be able to. Farke can only take this team so far. Let's face it without summerville and gnonto as key players we'd be mid table probably. Trouble is teams know how to stop summerville cutting across right and scoring. Soton stopped him today. Lucky piroe scored. normally he's missing. We need Dan James speed in the po.

I have always said that the best way to get promoted is via a play off win at wembley....your home form should see you get past Norwich but if its Southampton you meet st wembley, then i would worry as i think Southampton are a better all round team, just my opinion but my team is at the top of the Premier league today, whatever that counts for 🤣

You all to a man wanted Bielsa out which made no sense and was not the view of the majority of the fan base. Suddenly you won't hear a word against Farke even though you were critical of him recently. You're now full of excuses for the club's lazy appointment that has seen us fall short.
