You probably got the influencer box because mine was not wrap like this. I literally have to fight that thing to stay/stick together. I am soon disappointed. I will be returning mine.

No, I bought this myself from Amazon, no one gave it to us. Maybe you got one that someone returned? I’ve seen that happening before. You could try to exchange it and see if the next one comes packed right.

The tiles on my floors needs to be scrubbed badly and of course I don't on a buffing machine so need one of these

what's stupid is that it's missing the larger backing plate for the larger pads. if you use lysol toilet bowl cleaning on the grout, let it sit a few minutes and then use the brush it'll come out new.

Yea, wish it had that. We can't do that on marble floors though, have to be real careful what we use.

Well the way you're doing the back and forth motion you could have a scrubber in your hand and being doing the same thing lol I don't get what the big deal is about these things it doesn't look like it makes things any easier
Mine won’t charge at all. No lights, no action. It just arrived today. Back it goes.

That looks like it was supposed to be black grout…. You are technically not supposed to use toilet bowl cleaner like the one guy suggested because it can eat sealer off tiles…. If you use something that eats sealer you need to reseal it.

It's not black grout, it's just that dirty. And yes, with marble this is true so now we use regular dish soap and hot water.

She only demonstrated that cross section. It did look lighter than the uncleaned grout around it.
9 minutes????? good luck to clean the whole space… you will needs days and once you are ready you can start from the begin…..

It does look different. It's lighter. U can see the dirt coming off.
