LeeAnn Kreischer On Healing Childhood Trauma, Create Stable Relationships, & Rid Your Life Of Chaos

Today, we're sitting down with LeeAnn Kreischer. LeeAnn Kreischer is an American actress, writer, podcaster, and the wife of stand-up comedian, reality television host, and actor Bert Kreischer. We have a conversation about her small-town upbringing, what it's like to grow up with a narcissistic mother, and the tough decisions she's had to make for the good of her family. We also dive into her and Bert's love story, how opposites can sometimes attract, and how to raise a humble family once you get to the top. She also gives tips on parenting teenagers, finding balance, and how to know when you're in a stage of growth.

On what episode did someone explain the narcissist and advise people to put the narcissist on the stage? Thank you 💕

Love LK ❤ she’s so thoughtful and wise. One of my fav podcasts from you guys and I listen to them all. I also appreciate that both Bostick’s openly kid/nag/therapy with each other as the podcast progresses. It’s so helpful to hear you both internalize what you’re hearing. Whether it’s to make it funny or tangible for yourselves (and others)

Also, if she’s wondering why her kids think it’s ok to call people stupid, she needs to come back to this episode. She couldn’t restrain herself from name calling

Probably one of the best listeners-hosts here. You can tell by the original follow up questions relating to what she said not found anywhere else. The hosts seem to show their real “faces” ( personalities) with their authentic reactions instead of fake ones/personas like stern, or Ymh hosts. I guess funny people/comics need to react as a persona to make the situation funny, hence comics never displaying their real reactions.
