as far as i understand from various interviews Leeknow jogs every morning and does crossfit workouts every day, his focus is on his core strength rather than defined muscles. he also holds blackbelt level in 3 different martial arts styles.

I just love when u start ur videos saying " today we got stray kids" Lee know is my bias. His whole personality is hilarious. He was s full of surprises. He is savage, funny, cute, handsome. Lots of people missunderstands his personality. But he is very friendly and caring person. He loves members very much but shows differently.❤

Lee know likes exercising or not 😅 hahaha he hates it but knows that his body needs it otherwise he won't survive on the dance floor so he does it and comes to nag about his personal trainer and the hell of workouts His core strength is no joke 🔥 and him being ambidextrous and felixible makes him the perfect dancer He uses PHYSICS (yes the science) in his dance movements Try watching a video dance analysis on Lee know by ' itorook! ' It's a breakdown and analysis on how lee know dances Often people (non fans) try to use him as a backup dancer in a degrading manner Lee know being a Backup dancer is very different because while other k-pop idols (you can search and see a list of k-pop idols who were back up dancers before debuting as idols) who were chosen to be the back up dancer because it's their same company senior who they are being the dancer for (like the company makes them take up this job so they could gain stage experience etc.,) but Lee know was being paid to the job as he's at a professional level. And he was a professional at such an young age The dance crew members whom he was team mates with are now very well renowned Choreographers in k-pop industry (like Bada Lee etc.,). So if he was not an idol he would have been a Dance master/teacher to many of the k-pop idols who are his colleagues (both his seniors & juniors)right now And that to at such an young age he reached a Top level. So it's really admirable "Youngj" a world class dancer and the founder of the biggest dance crew in korea was asked who's the best idol dancer he's ever met, then he answered lee know, literally alongside with taemin, this still makes me so so proud, he deserves so much more. His words "firstly, taeminnie .. then stray kids lee know that kid was really good too, he is good" Like out of so many dancers in kpop he immediately named Lee know after Taemin is so honorable (Continuation in reply Sorry if I'm annoying It's because I'm frustrated that no one appreciates this Legend of a Dancer ~)

His moves are always powerful and sharp But when he performing with SKZ he's not showy like say Hyunjin which is why many people tend to focus more on Hyunjin alot of times. Lee Know works hard to make sure all of stray kids shine dance wise and that he doesn't stick out because he wants them to be seen as a team (not word for word but he did confirm that these days his focus is one SKZ shining as a team thus he dances for his team these days and not so much for himself like he used to when he first became a dancer.

He's an amazing teacher and choreographer. The way he combines his logical abilities with his artistic abilities is insane. He surprised me because he is precise and has that huge body control, also he doesn't look tired the entire performance He is really a perfect dancer. Honestly, he doesn't over dance nor underdance that's what I liked about him, He knows how to dance powerfully and when to slow down, in simple terms not exaggerated movements. His facial expressions are just naturally captivating and I noticed that he has a beautiful sharp face and a natural fierce look that even a small smirk, fierce look, simple smile or any expressions he does is captivating?? Compared to other dancers that do a lot of facial expressions or movements to look cool

Dance is a sport, takes years and brutal honesty and analysis to get better (like swimming, gymnastics, boarding.....). Lee Know has clearly gone through the grinder and came out shining. He is the first in SKZ who can execute all skz choreo like a champ and maintains efficiency in energy and recovery. He is not a flashy dancer though, a somewhat negative being an idol in the center position. However, he has been making progress flirting with the camera confidently. In recent years his stage presence enhanced 10 times better

While others practice looking at the mirror Lee know from the beginning of his dancing career dances in blindfold After learning the choreography and the formation design he would blindfold himself and dance along with the members (He mentions it in the earlier 2018 videos) Once his blindfold is off then he's a hawk finds each and every minute misplace or mis-movement from the members and helps them learn properly Our dancer leader ♥️
