This song really touches my heart. Lee Hi did a great job with this song. But now when I listen to Shila singing Breathe, I get the same vibe from Lee Hi. It's like Shila really knows the meaning of each words deeply from her heart. When she sings the part 'I'll hug you'... I know that she means it, I'm crying not because of the lyrics but because of her voice. So touching as if she's trying to tell anyone that is in pain, it's alright to make mistakes in life. It's alright if you feel like quitting, just breathe.. I am here for you, I will always be there for you. Let me just hug you..

This song ask you to never stop breath... cause someone who is depressed will think of suicide... no matter how hard is your life.. never stop breath.. give yourself time to breath.. CAUSE BREATH IS THE MOST PRECIOUS WORD Thank you kak sha for this healing song

I was suicidal... wanting to stop breathing until i was admitted into icu due to breathing difficulty. To put it simply, doctor said i almost died. Then, i realised that i want to live no matter how heavy every breath that i take

At some point i also had my episode of melt down..mild depression..the urges to hurt myself came strongly each passing day..and the feeling tht i want to fly.. souring above the sky came vividly..i tried to be strong..and brush off the feeling but it won't go or stop.. finally i opened up and told my hubby.. alhamdulilah..just talking about it out loud helps a lot..my advice to all who read this..never give up with out a fight no matter what, talk to someone ,let it out, seek help.. don't be afraid tht people might judge you.. because this battle is yours not theirs..its about your well being not theirs..

So.. don't keep it to yourself cause it will eat yourself from inside.. seek help from someone whom you trust the most because they will definitely help you.. and we need to remember that, we should never give up our life.. there is someone who still need you in their life, they still need your love, your smile..
