Whatever you're going through, always remember that youre not alone. I know its hard to deal your own demons but please try to overcome it. Dont let it eat you. You deserve to be happy and have a normal life again. If youre tired of doing things just bcoz you think you will make a mistake again, just take a deep breath and say "its okay, and if i make a mistake again, i wont stop until i make it or i will do something else." There are only three songs I go to when I feel bad about myself, when I feel completely worthless and wanting to disappear, not in a suicidal way, but a never-wanting-to-exist-in-the-first-place kinda way. It’s hard you know? When everyone criticises you, so I turned to these songs which are: Lee hi breathe, Bol4 To My Youth, and NCT 127 Not Alone. Not surprisingly, I come to these places every day. I need to block out everything and just get a good cry you know? I hope whoever reads this, gets happier, healthier, and genuinely loved, if no one said this to you before than I’ll say it, You are doing amazing ♥️

It’s been hard, My sister took her life just a month ago. She loved drawing and was loved by so many. She was an amazing person who you could talk to. She wasn’t a huge Kpop fan but still appreciated the music. Being one of her favorite songs 2! 3! By Bts. Life is short for her and the other idols who committed suicide. Going back to this song hurts way more now. Because they all did a great job. You are loved in so many ways. Of course I don’t know what people are going through but I hope you can get through it. Whatever it may be in this world. Take it slow, take it day by day. ❤️

Are you alright? Please don't try not to think about it. She was alive and she was loved. I don't know why she did what she did, But I'm certain that she'd want you to be happy. There's nothing wrong about being sad and even less so with wanting to cry about losing someone you held dear. I know you probably heard this way too many times, But please try not to lose the rest of what's dear to you while being stuck on something you lost. I wish for you to be happy, but its perfectly fine if you are sad. Those people were there for a reason and are to be remembered. May she be in peace as well and happy.

Sometimes what we need is not a person who can understand us, rather someone who’s with us throughout our worse times, those times when we can’t stop crying, when it just hurts to much to even move or even smile. Sometimes we just need someone to hold us, to listen to us cry, vent,and rage helplessly. Some one to tell us that ITS ALRIGHT TO MAKE MISTAKES BECAUSE WE ARE JUST, JUST HUMANS, we’re not perfect, not by a long shot. I’m glad I got to understand, cause for such a long time I was so focused on everything else on everybody else but myself, I thought I had to be perfect, I wasn’t perfect. I was just simply doing my best. I did a good job, I’m glad I’ve come to realized this.

Uk, there's a day when u feel so heavy even without any reason cuz u just feel like u need to let out something from inside of u or u at ur bad state. The cloud will rain too when it's heavy. It's funny how 3 months ago I tho I will be okay, strong enough to face my problems. But here I'm now, suicidal. Breathe, such simple yet hardest thing to do when u can no longer see a reason to. It's hard, all those problems, anxiety, illness, those sounds in thoughts, are keeping me, and us, to just breathe. But I hope it's ok. For us, just for a sec longer, to be alive, to be free, and just breathe.

My parents are divorcee.My mom lives with her 3rd boyfriend and never bothered supporting us,my dad died because of depression. Me and my little brother live in seperate houses with our aunts and I'm dealing with social problems but the funny thing is sometimes I feel really okay and sometimes I just feel like giving everything up and run away. Life is hard and I just wanted to stop hurting that is why I listen to this everyday

When I read people concerns, I really want to do something to comfort them, to make them feel loved and cared for but I’m always afraid I’ll say the wrong thing and hurt them even more. I’m afraid that they’ll think I’m pitying them or just trying to relate. This hurts me a lot so I keep it all to myself. I wish there was a way to comfort people without this feeling. I know you feel like giving up, you're constantly telling your self that everything will be at it's right place but in reality everything is falling apart in front of your eyes.. still you keep on trying your best everyday. Yes. Everyone makes mistakes. And no one is perfect. Just try not to make the same mistakes again. Because once a mistake is repeated, it's no longer a mistake. And I hope you are doing well now. Parents are like that. It's not like we can avoid it. We have to face it and become more stronger.

This song is actually recommended to me by my precios friend.... You see, I have a problem. I have a broken family. All my life, my father tells me that my Mom was the one who cheated. In the past 13 years of my life, I was told the other side of the story... then, I chose to live to the otherside of the family to avoid unnecessary things that will happen. I was again told the story. This time, It was my father who was the one who cheated. I don't know if I will believe the First or the second because as their child I deserve the truth. This song made me relax and just rest the frustrations away. It helps me think in every possible way. I now remembered how to breathe.

This song helped me a lot during my darkest and saddest days. There were times that I really hated myself, my personality and my life. I attempted to do suicide multiple times yet I cannot do it. It's a miracle that until to this day I'm still alive and surviving from depression and lots of worse things happening in my life. The lyrics really resonated to me and comforted me a lot. Especially the lyrics "It's okay to make mistakes", really made me cry a lot.
