@@seanjenkins331 I share the same sentiments. The frustrating thing about art is that recognition is usually given post humously. We have all these grand affairs to honor people after they’ve passed, which is ridiculous. It took 13 nominations for us to get to this point? That’s too long; Ledisi has contributed so much over the years to R&B M/Soul music and should be continuously recognized for such. At this point, I don’t rate the Grammies or the thought process or even criteria used to establish a clear win. Thirteen attempts? Come on.
