How many number one hits have led zeppelin had? How many top ten hits have they had, Did you know that The Beatles have outsold Led Zeppelin? Rolling stones combined and the last ten years, Forget about the 60s and 70s. No group has come close to selling more merchandise than the beatles. That includes records books videos c d's, The beatles music is still relevant today, Not the same for led zeppelin, Their music sounds old and tired, Don't get me wrong. I am a fan of Led Zeppelin. I am I have over 200 live concerts on bootleg.

@@miamibeachsunnydays8274 bwahhahahha. Who in god's name would write such an odd nonsense statement. The reactions on youtube alone should speak volumes to their endless popularity thru generations. 'Zep's music sounds old and tired'...yeah, sure. That says a lot about you, dude. What planet do you live on. Their Celebration day 2007 Tribute concert set world records, history with a request of 20 MILLION TICKETS IN 2 HOURS. 20 (twenty) million, with BTW, Paul McCartney and Ringo in the audience...and they haven't released new music since the horrible death of their beloved bandmate John Bonham in 1980. Watch reactions on here...Led Zeppelin is a force of nature then now always. "merchandise" WTH merchandise are you even talking about and what the hell does that have to do with anything.

I was fortunate to be at this show July 29, 1973! Saw Zeppelin five times from 72 to 77… You’re right there’s nothing like the 70s and they’ll never be anything like it again! Not only were there no cell phones to distract you, there was also no Internet or KZread, or anything else so all you had was your memory from the show 😊.. If you haven’t yet, please do Zeppelins Whole Lotta Love, the official video from 1969. That song literally took the rock world from the 60s to the 70s and sent it into overdrive!

This is about the early music that inspired them so the lyrics and music are bits from those well loved and sometimes corny songs we all loved in the 50's and early 60's Book of Love. Doing the Strole which was a dance move (before the Mashed Potato and the Twist). Songs then were all short so this is too. They created this one day in the studio and it was genius!

Andrei you're going to have to take Dominika to a live concert. 😁 I've watched several reactions where she is really getting into the show, and it's something you both should experience. The 70s were amazing. For me, it seemed like every new song we heard was a hit, but that was over 50 years ago, so maybe I'm just not remembering the songs that weren't great. LOL Maybe you two should check out "The Australian Pink Floyd Show". Not the real band, but The Times Newspaper in London described them as “The Gold Standard”. This act are so good they were even engaged by David Gilmour to perform at his 50th birthday celebration!

Definitely worth checking out more songs from these MSG 1973 concerts like: 'Stairway to Heaven', 'Since I've Been Loving You', 'No Quarter', 'Whole Lotta love'. It is a harkening back for the band - who were kids in the late 1950's - about their Rock and Roll roots. The Book of Love was a song - and the guitar patterns - though a bit more intense, and the basic I IV V blues patterns used by Chuck Berry. This is their look back to where and why they got started. Since it was written and recorded in 1971 the "1950s were just a decade removed...

Yet again a Led Zeppelin live performance which is nowhere near as good as the studio track, it's a recurring theme. Unfortunately their studio albums are so good with overdubbing etc. that they can't be properly reproduced on stage. I saw them live in Edinburgh once and they were really disappointing. 'Since I've been Loving You' and the acoustic numbers are exceptions, probably because of their simplicity.

To your exceptions I would add "The Song Remains The Same" live as I think it has more fire than the studio version.

Open the button😂😂😂😂🤭👍YOU SAID EVERYTHING! BRAVO! Perfect reaction! PS: the MADISON SQUARE GARDEN, is a huge, large concert room😂20,000 peoples....A legendary place for concerts, all the bands who played there said it's a very special place! In some documentaries i watched, some scientists, showed that there's a magnetic line of our planet, which passes below the MADISON SQUARE GARDEN, and maybe that's why all the bands who played here, got a crazy energy😂For sure, if you watch the complete concert of Led Zeppelin in 1973, it's MAGIC! MONSTRUOUS! One of the best concert in human history, with Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock😂Peace from France👍✌️
