Ok My #LedHeadz are going to love this. Its between Led zep, and two other artist that are up for what band or hiphop group is going to be the first video ever to reach 100k on this channel . this is your chance to show rock can beat hip hop and modern day music even on a hiphop channel. so far you have a good lead look on my community page to see how far ahead you are . if you want to win watch the entire video all the way through so the view counts grab all the phones and tune in and show the new gen what real music is

Nice job. You pick up on stuff that Zep fans wouldnt notice - Robert Plant picking up a tambourine to support the action during solo for example. You probably already figured this out, but they are a British band. Probably the most influential band in hard rock - most of their other famous songs have superheavy iconic riffs that have been sampled endlessly. Kashmir and Whole Lotta Love are probably the most famous of their heavy tracks. I think you are more likely to recognise them.

Loved that reaction. I still have my poster from Robert Plant...the singer from that performance from back in the day!. Freebird? Ill have to look and see if you have done that from Lynyrd Skynryd. It's always the debatable ? of which is best...that or Stairway. Of course Ive loved them both since the 70s. Now Im loving Tom McDonalds genius songs.

Honey, I'm 76, and I've been listening to these guys since the 1970s. They are English and are my all-time favorite band. Play Kashmir or Whole Lotta Love to see a different dynamic. Robert Plant has a phenomenal voice, and the rest of the band is just as good in their own right. They no longer tour because most of them are older than me now. Yeah, the grandmothers of today knew how to rock it! Led Zeppelin has a whole repertoire of amazing songs. That love is why they were so famous. They Rock!

New music made with electronic toys or just the same old rap beat does nothing for me. I will always go back to all of the stuff we grew up with. It was so good then that nobody now can even come close to making the grade, try as they may. In 2012 Led Zeppelin was honored at the Kennedy Center & the girl rock group 'Heart' sang this in tribute & it is frigging amazing. You see the guys watching on with smile & a few tears as the girls kick ass & John's son Jason is the drummer for the performance & he wears his dads Bowler hat as a nod to dad. Watching both performances is so fun. You should check it out. Heart is sisters Ann the lead singer who is 62 years old at the Kennedy center performance & she is still frigging amazing. Loved the reaction. Led Zeppelin were my favourite band in my teens and I was fortunate enough to see them live in 1975. Best concert I've ever seen. They were a band where you just couldn't decide who was the most talented. Sadly John Bonham died far too young, and later he was replaced by his own son, who is an awesome drummer in his own right. I think "Ramble on" would be worth a reaction, or "Living loving maid" but frankly they made so many great songs.

I love this resurgence of older music with a new generation- who are dying to hear REAL music. No auto tune, real musicians, real performers. It’s not a Dance video- it’s a music video. Led Zeppelin is a great start. And there are many others. Keep listening.

Another incredible Led Zeppelin live performance (probably 15 or 20 years after this performance you just reacted to) is “Kashmir” live at the “Celebration” concert. Thanks for doing this excellent reaction video! Well done.

Oh, so, so true. Born in 1974, I grew up with live music, my Dad a hobby jazz musician, me, a choir kid from age 6 until I graduated from the conservatory with a degree as vocal teacher for popular music (jazz). I have been surrounded and immersed in live music and have no comprehension how people can not be familiar with this world.

Led Zeppelin are legends, yes they have so much more in their arsenal so much more. The band from England started in 1968 ended sadly 1980 when John Bonham died. John Bonham (drummer) aka Bonzo one the greatest drummers in rock. John Paul Johns (keys, bass, mandolin) aka JPJ the glue of the band. Robert Plant (singer, harmonica, songwriter) aka the golden god. Jimmy Page (guitar, songwriter, producer, and founder of the band) aka guitar god. Checkout When The Levee Breaks great drums.

So glad you liked it! They are a British Band. I was lucky enough to see their last British concert/ festival in Knebworth here in England in 1979 as the original wonderful four. Robert (Percy) Plant who, as you were asking, has an accent from around Britains Midlands, Wolverhampton, a bit posher, but similar to Ozzy, on vocals, Jimmy Page, guitar, John Paul Jones piano/organ and bass, and John Henry (Bonzo) Bonham, on drums, who sadly passed away shortly afterwards. His son, Jason has, on occasion, taken his Dad's place on drums, and the bowler hat Bonzo often wore. The group agreed it wouldn't be Zeppelin without him, a good friend of Roberts from way back. Though regrouping with Jason for a few 'comebacks'. The remaining members of the group went their separate ways and tried various other bands etc and have had a few comebacks, but lost a quarter of what made Zeppelin...so great...Bonzo! ... Heart, did a wonderful rendition of Stairway when Zeppelin were awarded for their Contribution to Rock music at the Kennedy Center's Honours 2012, with Jason, who, I believe is Robert's Godson, in his Dads Bowler hat, on drums. By the end, Robert, Jimmy and John Paul a had tears in their eyes, as did most people watching. Heart, being two sisters and their band, did very well, with a surprise ending that took even Barak Obama by surprise. Please give it a whirl. You can also get a DVD of The Song Remains the Same, that, I think, was the video you were watching Stairway from. Also the Knebworth Concert that I went to. Very lucky, as they only put on my show, as the first was a sellout on the release date...not easy in those days. I got my tickets for the following week from a kiosk in a sideroad just off Londons Oxford Street! Happy Days!!! Hope I've helped a little.

I am a 70 year old female and saw LED Zeppelin live on their Stairway to Heaven tour. For $6 we had seats at stage level 6 feet away from the band. Robert Plant - lead singer- was known as a screamer and every female I knew said he could scream in their ear anytime and was the absolute sexiest man in any band. The term they used to use was that he could make you cream your jeans! lol. They didn’t have a warmup band just came out played for 4 straight hours and left. The most incredible show I ever saw and I saw many many concerts from Santana to cream buddy Giles allman brothers eagles and so on and so on. Concerts were every weekend at the San Diego sports arena all seats were $6 no matter who was playing. Thank you for doing this it brings back so many memories.

WISDOM! It's a shame that recording tehnology is so new, relatively. Stop and think about how much Jazz and Classical and Folk music was lost and will never be heard again, simply because it was written too early. Like Mozart. Nobody will ever hear Mozart, or Bach, or Beethoven. All they'll hear is someone else's cover of them. And that's a straight-up tragedy.

The film crew shot all 3 shows and created a masterpiece of a concert at LZ peak time. As someone at 64 yrs old today, I grew up on this music, LZ was the front runner in my collection of music. MANY musicians/artists learned so much from the British band. G.O.A.T!
