This song is the perfect example of why there are no favourite Zeppelin songs.
It's fun watching you discover how truly genius Led Zeppelin is. Looking back on growing up in the 70's, I think I took their greatness for granted.

With all the great music we had back then, it was easy to take the music for granted.

I did too! I appreciate them far more now, and with every listen they blossom!
Led Zeppelin is on another level. They're for the ADVANCED music listener. 💥💥💥👍😎
No, we all win listening to music like this. Greatness is best when shared. “I live for my dream and a pocket full of gold.”
That’s why I love Led Zeppelin, their music is timeless it’s genius.
I SO needed Led Zeppy and your crazy ass, over the ADHD top, enthusiasm today. Keep the Zeppy coming Mark!
Each member of Led Zeppelin was a master of their instrument/instruments.
Your joy and enthusiasm in listening to and discovering the greatness of Led Zeppelin music is so contagious. I've loved LZ since I was in my teens and I get such a kick out of watching you react, ADHD, profanity and all. More Led Zeppy, please.
Your Zeppy reactions make my fuckin day bro .. More Zeppy please
John Bonham to the rescue!!
Now imagine watching this tune performed live! Check it out from their 1973 MSG performance. Highly recommend. Enjoy.
This band is hard to top. Once you listen to this, you start to compare. But no one measures up. Maybe the Beatles. Who are just different. 1a 1b. I'm so glad I grew up in the 60s 70s. 😮😮😊😊
Love that beautiful, almost whimsical guitar intro. And when that beat drops into an explosion of heavy rock heaven it just warms the cockles of my heart. 🔥 ❤️
Cant get any better then the best guitarist, best drummer and the sexiest frontman in rock and roll history.

When you started wishing for the drums to hit, I was so pre-happy for you 🤣 Love you, brother!

Pre-happy. That’s great! 😁
Absolutely love all your led Zeppelin reactions my brother. Going to forward some financial appreciation for making so many led Zeppelin fans like myself really enjoy your new found appreciation and love. Thank you Hector, sir. 🫡🇺🇸🙏🏽💪🏽
Masters of their craft…everyone of them…the GOATS! 😎🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Oh I know this is gonna be good before I even hear a sound! As we all know by now, Zeppelin gets the juices flowing. ❤❤❤😂
Played this so much in my band during high school. This and the ocean were on every set list. Also as for what you mentioned at the end, more people should be themselves. Keep it up. From a fellow ADHD brain
the joy you express is priceless. i learned to played the opening some 25 years ago, in my 20s. i was determined. i work in a pawn shop, buying and selling guitars. i play this opening riff on every guitar i handle to test it out. seeing you react with such delight was priceless.
Hector, please have a listen to Kashmir live from celebration day. My favourite Led Zeppelin song and will surely send you to a new level of frenzy!

It was their best version I think! They were flying high by the time they got to Kashmir and it showed! Seeing how much fun they were having. My heart is still smiling.
The fingers line and the smile upon his mrs...im taken that line off ya and spreading it to the world 😂😂😂
We do understand. 50 years later, we understand!😊
You are now a conformed Zep Head.
Your exuberance and enthusiasm is just through the roof I love it, the way you appreciate the music is unlike anyone else you're fucking brilliant
Loving living vicariously through you. As if I'm rediscovering zeppelin all over again. 70 year old grizzled vet here. Rock and roll will never die
Hey lady!! (Only us old folks sing this with a Jerry Lewis voice.) 😂❤❤❤❤❤❤ Thanks Hector. 😘😘😘😘😘
"Nobody's fault but mine" is great bit of John Bonham, give it a shot.
Wait til you've been listening to their magic for decades. Still sounds fantastic at my 73 yrs.
Such a beautiful song.
Best band Ever!!! By farrrrrr!!!!!
At one time arenas had open seating meaning early birds gets the best seats. So big crowds would gather outside the gates. The last time they were here we trampled over the front fence and rushed to the doors. We were squeezed together so tight I lifted my feet and still kept moving. They played for 3 1/2 hours that night. We were on a high for days after.
This song is SO BADASS!!!!!! It's always been my favorite... Now it's The Lemon Song... They were AMAZING!!!
Led Zeppelin really are the best band in the whole world!!!😊😊
"His misses must be happy with fingers like that." 😂😂😂
This reaction was so freaking fun to watch Mark. Superb music that takes me back to a great time in my life.
One more time 🙌🙌🤣
You’re right, Hector: This is fucking MUSIC! 😂
They were, are and WILL ALWAYS BE the ultimate rock band.
Love it! As an amateur drummer who loves to jam with friends, it used to drive me nuts when the guitarist would tease me with this intro and then absolutely fall apart when the drums come in. Side note: I was driving home today and Jimi Hendrix "Fire" came on the radio, which has an absolutely brilliant performance from Mitch Mitchell, the most underrated rock drummer of all time IMHO. All I could picture in my mind was you losing yours. Perfect song for 60s week!

When I played this, our drummer sat down and listened and at first was very confident. Then he started really listening and was flabbergasted. He was freaking talented too
Yes, Led Zeppelin is utterly brilliant.
The music of my youth. 14 years old, we had ridiculous gold from Columbia, Zep in the headphones and blaring out of cars on lazy summer days
"His Mrs must be happy with fingers like that!" That's the kind of technical insight we need. He! He!.

Led Zeppy! Yes! 💋♥️ More Led Zeppelin- all the time 😁 ❤
His missus must be so happy with fingers like that....another moment from Hector where I'm gasping for air cause I'm laughing so hard🤣🤣🤣
This one was just too fun. And you're right, dude. We are rediscovering these songs through you.
Love your reactions. Love Zeppelin. But would you PLEASE consider some other classic tunes like: Jethro Tull, "Locomotive Breath" or Yes, "Roundabout" or Kansas "Carry on Wayward Son." Or some more Sabbath. Or Deep Purple. Or Uriah Heep. Or UFO. Or Steely Dan. Thank you and rock on!
It is the best... My fav all time Zeppy song 🎉🎉🙌🙌
The best t-shirt in the world ........."and then Bonzo comes in "........ :)
As a teenager this was my favorite zeppelin song
I always look forward to you & your Led Zeppelin reactions....and once again, you did not disappoint!!
This is really a production masterpiece of an arrangement masterpiece of a composition masterpiece of a performance masterpiece. Transcendent. They got it all right at once.
You are really taking me back! I am enjoying your channel so much. I spent my very turbulent teen years listening to Led Zeppelin on a really fantastic Soundsystem. I spent all my babysitting money on albums. Thank you brother.👏👏🤗🇺🇸🏳️🌈
Absolute classic. I completely understand mate. I made sure I learned this one as a pup. Magic arrangement
The best, the ,best, the best, and the best=the greatest ever.
So enjoy watching your "Zeppy" reactions with your first time listening to Led Zeppelin songs and introducing them to the generation that missed out on them. I have a Zeppy tone for you that is a must, you like Zeppy drums? Listen to "Achilles last Stand " will blow your lid off! Cant wait!
i consider myself so lucky to have had this music as the soundtrack to my teen years. born in the 60's, wild began in the 70's and hasn't let up yet 🤣🤣 Looking forward to your decades reactions Hector ❤
This was the quality of music we listened to all day every day. It was simply the BEST generation for more talent, more musical genius, more creativity, and it came at us from everywhere all the time. There's been nothing like it ever since. I love how you radiate joy with your reactions. You bring happiness and laughter to me, so thank you for knowing and loving genius music when you encounter it.
Absolutely love your reaction as always. Here is a hint about that acoustic riff that you are so obsessed with, like everyone before you has been for sure: It's actually a straight meter, no oddball polyrhythm or time signature. They'll take either a slow long bar or two medium tempo bars as a couplet phrase. And then they'll use syncopation to break it up and shift the accents of the rhythms within it to create kinetic patterns within that. Led Zeppelin does this an awful lot, almost more often over patterns of six, like 6/8 time, they do it over a slow straight beat. You can count it out as you listen to it and feel the internal cognitive dissonance where the overall straight structure of it is in such contrast to the actual motion of it tugging you here and there through that frame. I love stuff like that and they were masters at it, and yet they always made it accessible. They made it instinctive to resonate with and identify with and want to move to.
You're listening to crystalline genius.
If you love the drums check out When The Levee Breaks!!
Fabulous song...as they each are!
Mark... I think every Led Zep song you hear for the first time is the best so far. And then when you have all these together you have SO many "Walking" songs.... And "Train" songs... And "Going For Coffee" songs.... See I do listen to you and take it in.. I know when you listen back. But I'm sio impressed that you have kept clear of the likes of Kashmir and Achillies Last Stand so far. The pressure from the comments must be immense. Keep on Rocking man...!!
Just found a reaction to live video from Royal Albert Hall of Zeppelin doing Bring It On Home in 1970. It made it through the you tube gauntlet so maybe you can react to it live as well and get to see Robert Plant play the harmonica and John Bonham going crazy on drums.
Imagine what Zeppelin sounds like when you have had a few smokey relaxers.. if you know what i mean.. lol.. im 47 now got into Zeppelin when i was 14.. they changed my life along with Metallica... these two bands have helped me so much through my life i can't tell ya...by the way i also grew up on... Public Enemy, N.W.A. and Ice T.
We were spoiled back in the 70’s, seemed every month a new LP was dropped by a legendary band that we may have taken for granted would always be there, then music changed
Greetings from Southwest Texas 🇺🇸 Thanks for your spirit the first time I hear this song I was in the back of a 1963 Chevy pickup with about 8 of us in the bed and 4 on a beach set driving a 3 on the Tree coming back from the Drive In Movie back in the day it was $10.00 a car load with no limit on how many inside the car or truck... Greatest Flashback I've had because you were jumping around just the same that I was . Thank You So Soo much for taking me back to one of my greatest times 🍺🍻🍺
60's rock hmmmm so much to chose from. Jefferson Airplane "White Rabbit", Hendricks "Hey Joe" Doors "Crystal Ship" Dylan "Like a Rolling Stone" good luck Mark.
Loved figuring out the guitar parts for this song.
Oh, and the LED Zeppelin drums you speak of was a named John Bonham. Arguably the GOAT of rock drummers. ❤️😊❤️
One of my favorite Zep tunes, well, one of many lol
I love how Jimmy, and Johnny hit right on the same beats. 😎
What I really find hard to get my head around is that this song is 50 years old.
Love this song.....my favorite of Led Zeppelin's many classics!😎❤️
Watching your love for the music is almost as good as going to the concert. Your joy is so infectious! THANK YOU 🙏 😊🙏
Now you know why gen x is so well adjusted to life, we all grew up on this. Music took care of our mental health.
If John's drumming makes you reach for a box of tissues then check out 'Moby Dick'. Make sure your have a fresh box in reach !.
You know the Evermore song well it was composed when Jimmy borrowed JPJ's mandolin
Never a truer word has been spoken, Hector: "this is fucking music". Amen brother.
So Happy your generation is celebrating this.......pass it on to your kids
For some reason this song gets far less attention than other Zep songs of similar quality. Don't know why, because it phuckin' rocks!
Ohhhh.....It's been so long since I've heard this one! Love it!♥
Pure rock and roll the real enchilada Thank you Mark❤ 💃💃☘️☘️
The 60s and 70s were the experimental years. Music was experimenting, electrified blues, poetry, drugs and rebellion (as all teens are into) it wasnt about money it was about talent and being the best. The best drummers the best guitarists, etc. The bad part is music, as far as instruments, is children arent exposed anymore in our schools so children dont get that spark, or desire to learn and master the instruments. I implore young parents to expose your children to music and not just rap and hip hop
Your channel get this 63 yr old guy rocken and happy. Thank you 😊
It's one of my favorites
It is so awesome watching discover LZ for the first time. It brings me back so long ago. Love your reactions and absolutely keep doing you. Your openness is so refreshing and I'm sure that is why we are here. 😁💛💛💛
Bro! I love your energy! You absolutely need to revisit every Led Zeppy track but performed live! Every track is a different adventure even from the album version, especially In My Time of Dying!
For your 60s week you should do the 1969 danmarks radio show live version of dazed and confused
Led Zeppy time!!!! Hey Hector, I'm here for it!!!💜💜💜Yes I very much enjoy this journey!!!🙂🙂🙂Enjoy your moment!!!
oh we understand trust us 😊
Born in 71, started listening to Zeppelin at 8 years old thanks to my older cousins and uncles. I LOVED being in a kid in the 70's. The ONLY reason I'd want to be born earlier is so I could have been a teen / young man and been able to see them live too. Still my favorite band after like 44 years of listening to them. Can I suggest: Bron Yr Aur Stomp, Going to California, When The Levee Breaks, The Song Remains the Same / Rain Song - Live 1973, Battle of Evermore.
This one is such a jam….. the only bad thing about it is it’s too short…..I second an earlier request for Jimi Hendrix ‘Fire’ for 60s week -the drums will seriously melt your face off.
I got to listen to this music (great cover band) at 8th grade dances. Although there wasn't traditional dancing, lol. ❤❤❤
Yes, Led Zepplin was incredible on so many levels and you truly seem to love the experience of discovery. There were so many incredible bands and songs from the 60's and early to mid 70's to explore. But, If you want something truly unparalleled, try In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida by Iron Butterfly. It is a 17 minute masterpiece from 1968 that takes you on such an amazing journey of discovery that you literally feel everything you thought you knew about music is being transformed moment by moment. Nothing can touch it for sheer haunting power and musical genius. 17 mins was unheard of at the time, but there is not a wasted note and once you hear it, you are forever changed. Nothing before or since can even come close.
Reactions, front to back, no stopping…. EXCEPT LED ZEPPELIN! Must. Re. Start. 😁💯👍🏻
I know what you mean been there my friend.
God's other name is Jimmy Page. This is why he is so great: From the purest folk bliss to the heaviest metal riff and then the mind blowing solos....no other with the broad ability. The greatest player of the Les Paul in History.
I love Zeppie, too. I have some awesome songs for you!! I will tell you one from Heart for when you do the 70's 😊 it's called "Cook with Fire" and "Sing Child". I know that's 2 songs, but they have soooo many really effing good ones that it hurts my brain to pick just one.❤
