Yeah man I hear ya. Sucks to see what garners the most watched on the 'tube. Oh well. Least this dude rocks it. I dig the tele as well. It's rare I encounter one that's a sunburst like this dude's. Most I see are solid color paint variations.

You know, when I think about it, I only know one person IRL that has a sunburst Tele. Any others I've seen have been solid colour variations, just like you said. Odd. Speaking of which, my uncle is interested in grabbing a sunburst Tele for around $1000-ish this summer, as long as the quality isn't complete garbage, of course. But yeah, it's a little depressing when you look at the top viewed music videos, I'm right there with you. Thank god for people like this guy. :D
@sibsbubbles
9 жыл бұрын
Yeah funny how the tele just kind of skips the whole sunburst thing. On note of talent... dude a while back I found some killer fingerstyle ragtime. Check out Richard Smith- The Cascades, Scott Joplin. The guy crushes it. Piano was my foremost instrument (and still is). The song was murder on that instrument- kills my wrists pretty fast at full speed. Making it work on 6 strings is just ape to me.

this is a flawlesss cover ,complete with the "laboured" guitar solo. This song is about the Seige of Masadars in 70 AD in Isrealv. The Guitar solo represents the building(and rebuilding) ofthe seige ramp by the Jewish captives and the "battereing " drums represent the ballista stones hitting the malls of the pallace. The vocals repersent the narrative of events inside the pallace.

His songs never sounded the same. Lots of chords variations and his solos were all unique and fit the song perfectly. He had an intuitive genius for composition.
Jimmy songwriting skills are amazing
I've known Jimmy was a genius all my life, but actually seeing what he put into his songs is just amazing! I didn't think it was possible, but I'm going to have to move Page up to yet even another higher level, talk about genius. and you did nail it my man. Great work, great work.
Flawless. Tone, note, feel. Like I'm listening to the LP I bought when it came out.
This is the all time best guitar cover on youtube. incredibly accurate. It just doesn't get any better!
I cant get enough of this vid. brings me back to 1980 when I used to ride my Honda CR 125, dirt bike with my walkman on , blasting through the woods at 80 mph thinking I was god,
Awesom!

Would like to see you cover this
Just really outstanding.
I always thought only Page's version could give me chills, well Jun did it too!
Probably the coolest intro and outro I’ve ever heard. Put those on a loop and I could listen to them, for hours. Fantastic job!
This is honestly played so well. Hella props to you good sir
I got the chills!
By far the best cover of Achilles' Last Stand on youtube.
I've always thought this song was an epic masterpiece and you just absolutely slayed it. BRAVO !!
p.s. the solo is just brilliantly tortured; one can almost hear the heroin pouring out...

Scott Waszak I imagine the same thing when I listen to Tea For One. It sounds as if Page is in pain, his guitar playing becomes an extension of himself and it mirrors his soul.

To me Jimmy Page is absolutely unique in the way he has written songs including the melodie/solo parts. This, Jun626, is one of the greatest tributes I´ve ever listened to (same as your Heartbreaker solo). Keep it up and upload more of your material! R.I.P. Bonzo

Yes (Jun626) I believe there's noting he can't play should a Rock Star.
Thanks for all your amazing posts. As a guitarist and zep fanatic youve helped me fill in some of those nuances i've missed over the years.
Really nicely done! I will enjoy listening to and watching this again and again. Thank you.
That was amazing. You could be in a Zepp tribute band with those skills.
I'm pretty sure this Jun guy is actually jimmy page. we can't actually see his face in any of these covers.. btw come to Canada and join my band

Jimmy can play this good! Especially in on take!!
I second that too. Itd be amazing to watch all of the instruments in a single video. This song is epic!
Dude you slaughtered this, the ending plucking always gives me chills hand down the most beautiful ending to a song with a guitar ever
THIS is the best guitar solo of all time. Not stairway to heaven.

Absolutely amazing, and very well done!!
A wonderful rendition of the original. It made my spine tingle. Thank you for doing it justice!!
What a masterpiece. You get a PHD for this one jun. Cheers!
It really is frustrating that this level of talent is completely absent from today's music. That was near-perfect! Wicked Tele, and is that an Epi at the beginning? Oh, and LOL, I agree with Diogo, THAT'S the reason his face is hidden! xD

People can shred and sweep but they can't get the tone, emotional, the bend and the vibrato. This has it all. True musician!

There are some rock bands that are decent out there today . Rival sons Royal blood, the struts , the warning, the trio of sisters from Monterrey. Motion Device from Canada. Sounds blasphemous but even Greta van fleet ye they sound like Zeppelin but im still a fan.
No words. Your work is awesome!
Excellent homage and playing to Zeppelin...awesome.
Jun626 where the hell are you!?!? It's been years since you've released a video! Your fans wants you back!!!!

HAPPY LATE BIRTHDAY JIMMY!!!!!:D:D OUR FAMILY SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
this is a flawlesss cover ,complete with the "laboured" guitar solo.

もう最高! すばらしいです。
How did Jimmy do this with one guitar?
Jimmy Page, o melhor de todos...
As usual with this dude - OUTSTANDING
Simply brilliant. Amazing job as usual
What a spectacular job you did on this song. It works perfectly well as an instrumental...which I would not have thought would have worked so well. Beautiful job on the video as well!
Come on Jimmy, Show u your face!
Jun626 play slower, I see smoke coming from your guitars.
they are both awesome...this guy just inspires me..
I am speechless! Fantastic, as always!!
Don't try this at home.
How can people say Jimmy Hendrix is the greatest when Paige is responsible for this masterpiece.
Even wearing the flower Page Shirt!!!! Fantastic Cover.. One of the best covers I have ever heard
love this song and always wanted to learn it. definitely going to study this and learn it
Wow, very good. So obviously you sold your soul to the devil too right? Right.
Without a doubt the best cover guitarist on KZread.
love your tracks especially this one! covers the essentials of this great Led Zep tracks
All I’m gonna say is god damn. That album has always been my favorite -such power throughout and lyrics are insane. You my friend are gifted beyond belief-someone passed your info on KZread to me and I’m glad I stopped by. Keep playing and posting and best of luck in all your endeavors
Presence kicks ass! AWESOME TRIBUTE.
JUN, Thank You for ALL of your music. Born a Led Head, I go to your renditions to learn properly, great playing, Thanks again !
I absolutely love your playing! Sounds very similar to recording and also very comfortable angle to learn this songs from your videos) Thank you for this
the drumms man they are so epic and the guitar sounds like its shouting and howling so great
Impeccable as always Jun!
Great to see this song again. This was always my favorite Zeppelin song and you playing amazingly!
Spotless! Really great job. One of my fav Zep tunes.
Blown away. Realizing the effort and skill it took to learn each of these parts and then play flawlessly...is amazing. I think the true testimony is grasping how complex each layer of Page's guitar parts were, and the ability to create and arrange. Jun626: amazing guitarist...probably can play anything. awesome!
brilliant song and a cover that is spot on.
Virtually flawless. Well done.
I have followed you for years. One of the best technical players I have seen. Everything is correct to the albums. Love it.
such a feeling, such a precision ... nice ...
That was absolutely outstanding. Ten thumbs up!
this is definitely a zeppelin masterpiece. a fast jam, mysterious lyrics to the unknown. this song is an epic journey of inspiration and influence. a definite boundary pusher and an awesome song. good job on the cover!
Best cover of a song I have ever heard. So punchy and powerful...it's modernized and heavier. The mix is incredible every instrumental cuts through...and the dual guitar at 3;02 brutal madness. My favorite Led Zep song and you blew it up.
Smashing job man, awesome playing and great video production. And before I forget, really cool Tele too!
カッコいい!! 観る前から凄いってことはわかってるんですが、やっぱりビデオを観ると圧倒されてしまいます ..
Just awesome.
The reason I've been watching you for about 3 years now. Purely amazing.
This is the song i've been waiting for since I subscribed. Great job.
