Hi, i dont understand your LED tester. Tester means check working or not ... you only need the resistor, your PSU and 2 wires for this to check LED. What is the usage of the V-meter?

so you can see throw the v meter how much volt that led uses

@@FardinAmiriSF the voltage is not interesting. For LED the current is important.

voltmeter shows the voltage falling on the led, the voltage difference between the same type leds shows the degree of wear.

​@@mstfproje Degree of wear, tolerance within production, different LED type, contact resistance of test probes... There are so many possible reasons for changes in volts. That's also a high-precision voltmeter :-) Instead of this flying setup, it's better to use a transistor tester for $10 or $15. In addition to the diode test, many other components can be tested.

With green leads ? Is It a Power supply?

How many input voltage ? Minimum maximum input voltage for your schematic ?

I have 27.5 V dc, you can use the dc voltage you have
