Learn how to fix led flashing by your self. this 220 volt Led made by combine of many small led inside. years of used the each led has burn out then it effected to the whole LED light to flickering or flashing.
To fix it by remove the burn LEDs then replace it with soldering to connect each point of the burn LEDs.
