Number of scientific panels are 16 or 19. Here it is mentioned 19 but according to FSSA website it is 16. Kindly clarify it

According to August 2018 fssai website no. of scientific panels are 19 and going to be 20 by next year. As panel on only packaging will come up. Spice & curlnary herbs 18th is another panel, fortifications and nutrition is the 19th panel.
