Blessed to be born in a hospital which is just a Km away from this deity in UDUPI. , and being able to see and pray to this deity whenever i wish to... Been in UDUPI since my birth and prayed to Udupi Krsna since then.

Could have done more research on Madhwacharya's life. Discussion brushed through only few miracles. Could have narrated the mythological significance of Udupi. Pajaka is the birthplace of Madhwa. He went to Badrinath twice , once to meet vedvyas to get an official copyright to write a thesis on bramhasutra bhashya penned by vyas and again to submit his thesis called sarvamoola grantha. He had debated and defeated many mayavadis through his journey and his successor Padhmanabha theertha was converted to dwaita philosophy after a debate lasting 15days. The history of Udupi Krishna idol was never revealed by Madhwa as it was considered 'daiva rahasya' during his period. it was later revealed by Vadhiraja theertha. 8 pointiff's were given the responsibility to do Pooja to udupi Krishna on a 2 month rotational basis (paryaya). 8 idols were given to the pointiff's by Madhwa and hence 8 mutts were founded. The paryaya system was extended to 2 years by saint vadhiraja. lastly, Madhwa navami was the day when Madhwa proceeded to badari alone to serve vedvyas. 'sumadhwa Vijaya ' is Madhwacharya's official biography penned by his counterpart. -krishnarpanamastu-

Shankaracharya didn't say that we are God you are God. He said the source of us and our existence is God. And that we have to realize. He says we have 5 sheaths which are annamaya, pranamaya, manomaya, vijnanamaya and anandamaya.. Beyond all of this is what is called Brahman or God.. I'm sorry to say this Prabhu, Shankaracharya is no bogus. Please go through Shankaracharya commentaries on Upanishads and his books.

Dear Suhas, thats not the point I would like to make. The point is that there is no instances or stories on Shankaracharya saying that some Pragya tirtha is threat and should be defeated. A real knower will never say that, whether follower of Dvaita or Advaita of whatever else! And the stories of Shanakara followers burning books/huts....etc all are nonsense!

It is just with ur common knowledge that u can know it is dwaita... To give the knowledge of Advaita, it requires special knowledge along with sadhana... That is why shankara sculpted Advaita philosophy which is already present in the Vedas... Particularly Upanishads... If I see fire as water.. fire can not change its dharma and become cool and liquid... So all the best...if u r perfect you will be awarded first... some how or other with little time delay all will understand ... By the way did u read padma puran.. if not it's better to read and comment... Regarding dwaita siddanta... If all the same...God and u... Why one drink is water in concentrated forms water is every where in the form of humidity... Sand and mitti is there every where .. then why do u require it to construct a beautiful house...why don't you stay on every part of dust... If God is every where and every one is God... is it possible to worship in bathroom...and eat prasadam in bath room.. is it possible to bow down to watch every one when you see them including trees and dogs and hogs...etc... If God and u are same...did you or me or any one slect mother and father .. no.. that is called kharma is forcing us to take birth as perour deeds... But God is not subject to kharma and he chooses his devotees who's is eligible to be mother and father.... Think .. if u can so these things as god does.. then lets talk other things....thank u.. And last...hope as per your principle every one is God... you should not be angry at any one because all are gods (not sure now or in future as per your philosophy .... jai my dear friend ...
