my path was Manual Testing internship => then Jr Tester => then Sr Qa analyst (i got the job without giving the interview 😁) but i don't much care about the title. this video is very helpful for the freshers, i will share it to my friends. one more thing about ownership is if Qa can make a right discission when absence of the project manager then it will be very good for Qa's career because that right discission help to deliver product to client at right time and that increases the QA's value 😃
