@@judyclarkson5887 Ooh my stance on that is that Steph is objectively a better player, but I also don’t think the gap is as far as most people think. I think if you swapped Dame and Steph, Dame may have 1 or 2 rings, but highly doubt he has 4. I also think Curry, as ridiculously good as he is, wouldn’t have won a ring with the rosters Dames had his whole career. Only so much a guard can do in the playoffs when he’s being trapped at halfcourt and his role players can’t shoot.

Same. Im a celtics fan and i hated lebron when i first watch basketball becauss of the media propaganda that mj is way better. But when i dived deeper into basketball, watching mj vs bird, 92 and 93s ymca overrated defense and especially with kobe passing. I broke free from media(mj fanboying) narrative of hating curry and lebron for no reason. Kobe passing taught me to respect greatness and the ballz to admit. 80s and 90s is overrated

All we’ll see is whistle after whistle, giving the lakers free points. Last year, the lakers shot 53 more free-throws than the Warriors. Never, ever in the history of basketball, on any damn planet, had one team shot that many more free-throws than another… and no one batted an eye! Not one Media Talking Heads mentioned it. 😂 LeBron is not bad at defense. He’s amazing at it. He’s just old now. He can’t spend as much energy as he used to. He has to conserve his energy so he can still carry the scoring burden on offense and also play real defense when the game is on the line. He has to pick and choose his spots. He’s not in his 20s anymore. He’s about to be 40.

Nope. He guarded him for no more than 6-7 possessions in the entire series. If I was to bet I'd say even less than that. There was the one possession where it happened at the height of LeBron throwing the Finals away, and it stuck as a joke, later becoming a bit of a rewrite of history. By it happened I mean that LeBron was unwilling to attack the mismatch in the post, not that Barea did anything to clamp him down in particular. Lebron was just way to passive that series but yall always bring up lebrons failures but never bring up Kobe in 04 he was terrible that series even as a Kobe fan he sucked that finals yet it’s never brought up by mj fans and mj and in 1996 in the last 3 games he averaged 23-5-3 on 35fg percentage but nobody talks about that because he won the last 3 games of 2011 lebron averaged 15-8-8 on a way higher efficiency but still not great 43% every single all time great has had a bad game or a bad series relative to what they are expected at why do yall only talk about lebrons failures 13 years ago when he’s proved countless times since then that there’s no true way to stop him only slow him down he’s worked on his game in those 13 years those narratives were true 13 years ago that lebron is a playoff choker but it’s not anymore
