This 2018 version of Bron is a different kind of scary. He's actually more focused on scoring and he's damn unstoppable. He just proved that he might be a playmaker at heart but he can be the best offensive player in the NBA if he wanted to. Imagine dropping 51 in the finals on 4 all stars. If not for JR's blunder and assuming they won that game 1, who knows what kind of performances he would've shown for the remaining games of that series. Can't really blame him coz after all that he did throughout the regular season, playing all 82 games, and those monster performances during the playoffs, it's really disheartening to see your team mate make a dumb move which should not happen in a finals game.

Lebron probably goes supernova for at least one more game and the Cavs lose in 6 which actually would have been a better performance than the series prior when the Cavs were the best offensive iteration and got dropped in 5 to the Warriors

This is for those who don’t think LeBron has a midrange/turnaround game. Look at this squad. He went into the season knowing he was going to have to go into his offensive bag because of the lack of scorers around him. He was already working with Phil Handy for a couple years. He probably just went in more that summer. LeBron still has these skills. He just has to dust off the box in his before opening. Just watch when he can’t rely on his athletic anymore. Jordan, Malone, Kobe, T-Mac, etc., all did it when they got older. Bron will eventually do the same.

I love your enthusiasm. I also love LeBron but he would have had to play like he did in that first game in all 6 or seven games just to make it there. I know he could play 4 maybe 5 games like that but in the playoffs teams have time to adjust. He would have had to out shoot 3 of the best shooters in the last decade or so.
