The best carnival beach party in the world is in Rio de Janeiro, on Leblon beach. I don't need to write much to explain this, you can see it in the video. Not even on a day when the sun wasn't so present did people crowd the beach to celebrate the carnival party in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Street blocks are still not allowed due to covid restriction, but you know, people go out of their way for a little revelry.

@@hardsoft5504, o Rio é sim uma cidade fantástica. Tem graves problemas sociais, como a a grande maioria das grandes cidades do mundo, principalmente de países que não são do chamado primeiro mundo. Moro no interior de São Paulo, mas não há como não reconhecer que o Rio de Janeiro é uma cidade maravilhosa sob vários aspectos.
