For my birthday last Friday, some good friends took me to the restaurant of my choice for dinner. I chose Lebanese, and ordered a mezze of tabbouleh, baba ganouzhe, fattoush, kibbeh, falafel, stuffed grape leaves, and a little cup of coffee with cardamom. I wanted to be able to take leftovers home for the next day. I love all the cuisines of the region, but particularly Palestinian and Lebanese foods.
As a Syrian this is one of my favorite dishes❤ I'm actually having some tabbouleh for lunch today😋

That is not the typical bulgur for this salad. It looks like you used bulgur flour. The one for this salad is bigger and brownish and you have to wash it until the water comes out clean. The bulgur you used must taste really good in this salad, but I think it would be better to use it in desserts like a variant for “semolina cake soaked in orange flower water”, etc.

Thank you 😋
You left out mentioning all that yellow powder in the dressing. Assuming that's garlic powder?
Could you write out the recipe please it’s too fast. What is the yellow ingredient in the dressing?
That is not the typical bulgur for this salad. It looks like you used bulgur flour. The one for this salad is bigger and brownish and you have to wash it until the water comes out clean. The bulgur you used must taste really good in this salad, but I think it would be better to use it in desserts like a variant for “semolina cake soaked in orange flower water”, etc.
