PKK is a terrorist organization operating in the eastern region of Turkey and some regions in Syria. The film tells a part of the Turkish soldier's fight against the PKK. A very emotional and shocking movie towards the finale. You should definitely watch it.

So, this is a movie about a true story, but we all received this disciplined training for 1 year. Even though there were difficult aspects, we had many good memories. That's why the saying we have been saying since history is "Every Türk is Born a Soldier" 😊

I have watched many foreigners reacting to this video. Most of them are trying hard to cry or to look emotional, but you are trying hard not to cry. That's what I love. We are the same. Turks, Arabs, Iranians, Kurds etc. We all have very intense and strong emotions.

I command death. In the time that will pass until we die, other forces and other commanders may take our place "'. Turks won the war against the enemy. They were defeated bc the Turks fought for dying.

You got it wrong about training casualty. He don't say he would cover for them. He says he forgive for this time the one who slept but if any one of them sleeps again on watch, he would shoot him himself and put on notes that he was a training casualty.

As someone who participated in the war, I can tell you that it is very difficult to stay awake at night, especially between 4 and 6 in the morning. Your soul is asleep. Simply, that period is the hardest, regardless of how much you slept before.

I looked into the story after seeing this movie, apparently the entire thing was a true story. That unit was attacked and most of those guys actually did die. But they didn't lose the post. These aren't the type of soldiers you want to be going to war against lol

This scene is a part of movie, but it's real. Turkish soldiers must always be alert and careful. Rules are strict, mistakes are not easily forgiven.

Technically, it's a film scene based on a real event. Intelligence has been received about a possible raid on a forward radio role outpost. The squad going to the post for combat support makes a simulated raid as if they were enemy soldiers and catches the soldiers on guard asleep. And then the captain gathers the soldiers to explain the extent of the danger and criticises the incident by giving examples. He gives them stern warnings on the assumption that if a sentry falls asleep, what will happen and everyone will be killed.

U got it wrong the ending. Commender says " I will shoot my self if any of you makes a mistake, report will gonna say 'its a training accident.' So it means no1 will ever know how he died. He is not trying to cover them. :D

If he actually shoot a soldier, most probably the military will investigate and find out what happened and he will end up in prison.

The blue beret is the normal mobile mountain commando beret, Turkish special forces wear maroon berets. Every Turkish soldier is a gray wolf.

The events in this movie are entirely true events. In 1993, the Karabal Military Station was raided by the terrorist organization PKK and nearly 40 Turkish soldiers were martyred in this raid. This film was prepared to commemorate the martyrs at the Karabal Military Station.

There is somethink that you misunderstand, Commender do not say that ''I will write it like a training accident'' he says that because if one of the soldiers make the same mistake. He says he will kill him and report it the higher ups like, he died while training and it was a accident.
