Lamb kebab tastes better than beef in my opinion. It's more tender and has more flavour. Kafta is usually minced lamb. Kebab not meant for garlic?? Are you sure about that? I personally think it is definitely meant for garlic, while kafta is meant for hummus.

First of all i am from Middle East shish taouk, kebab, and kefta Lebanese didn't create them so don't call them Lebanese food you literally call every Arabic food Lebanese food but that's not true did Lebanese create their food yes they did but not all of them are famous in the United states and for the shish taouk, kebab, and kefta they are both Syrian food and Lebanese food which both Syria and Lebanon are in middle east so you call the food middle east food or Mediterranean food
