U are going to be okay. You are actually in a transition from tennager to adult and will take a lot of unlearning, learning, relearning and finding yourself. It's not a switch but a transition. Give it time a day at a time and celebrate the small wins before you know it you will be a new upgrade version of yourself. Biggest tip keep God very close, positive family and friends near.
