Yeah me too... even though I do respect her decisions, I truly enjoyed when she vlogged every other month, to be completely honest, Fleur's vlogs always make my days much better. (especially because of family problems that got even worse in the past months, she is like a ray of sunshine in my life, a nice distraction from my every-day life) Hope she'll start vlogging more soon! I love you, Fleur! :)

Hello Samanta! I agree on missing the amount of vlogs from the old monthly vlogging schedule but also being torn. Vlogging for half the year must be tiring and personally as one viewer (out of hundreds of thousands), I get my fill halfway through the month so, for me personally, it's quite a waste of effort to vlog non-stop for a month, if my personal viewing habits were the only consideration. But on the other hand the new schedule leaves me wanting. It's still a lot more than comparable YTers who do 1 vlog a week though. Anyway, it's nice to see you here!

I think beauty vloggers feel extra self conscious about it because part of their job is showing you how they use makeup and beauty products. Also, because wearing makeup is a norm sometimes expected of women. I wish it wasn't that way!

+norwayian looking rough... Usually lack of sleep, sweaty from the gym, hot and bothered etc - not necessarily with no makeup! I wear no makeup quite a lot!

+FleurDeVlog I know, I'm sorry. Like I said to the person over, I was just having a moment about the whole apologizing for being thing that women tend to do. I've been seeing it (and doing, which, ugh self) so much lately especially on casual vlogs and snapchat. You just looked so very opposite of rough in that moment, and even if you did, we're allowed to look "rough" without having to apologize for it. Did any of this make sense or did I ramble on too long :P

This hotel was PHENOMENAL! Would you consider doing alternating monthly books again? I don't know about everyone but I really miss it. I feel like one of my friends moved away and we don't talk much anymore, and it's like we are catching up each time. That might be dramatic, just my two pennys. :)

I was one of the people who said a vlog whenever you feel like it would be fine, but I was wrong. I really loved the "every other month" format more than I realized, I'm sorry to say that even though you're my favorite, I don't feel that same connection to you as when you daily vlog. Like I don't really "feel" what's going on anymore in the vlog? I don't know. I'm sorry to be critical as I know you're busy and your videos are awesome. Just thought you might appreciate feedback from a true fan. (not a hater lol)

I feel the same way, I quite enjoy vlogs with normal day-to-day stuff, like food, chilling at home etc. because it gives you that connection! but now youtubers tend to only vlog when they're at events...

Hmm I think she could fix that without going back to the every other month daily vlog. She could just throw in a "home day" vlog as often as possible.

Fleur I went gin tasting the other day! British gins always have juniper as their predominant flavour. Whereas international gins use juniper as a subtle taste and use other blends of herbs and spices, which is why they taste so different :) As a fellow gin lover I'd recommend Warner Edwards Rhubarb gin or Edinburgh gin rhubarb and ginger!

Yeah a lot of people coat the martini glass in Vermouth then dump out the rest, but using an atomizer spray of it is prettier, and less wasteful.

In spite of Fleur being a "terrible vlogger" by her own admission because she's constantly skipping and missing huge parts, her vlogs turn out pretty good.

i think it is cause she is a very 'active' person who does quite a lot throughout the day and meets a lot of people! whereas other people if they dont show sth important then its pretty boring! Also fleur combines the days that she doesnt have much footage which helps!
