You did a good job until the holes you didn't protect with the coating, the moisture will destroy this beautiful belt from these uncovered holes.

Chinese or Asian fake one. or you can take it from the original LV. some fake I bought in Thailand and not much different from the original(Versace, Armani etc-20 years ago).

Epsom is the name of a leather print. Introduced by Hermes in their leather goods. It’s a medium-firm temper chrome tanned calfskin. Good for making belts, wallets and goods.
