This looks great! Just what I'm looking for, simple and elegant, without lots of frills. Can I ask, what if I don't use the side gusset strips and just sew the gusset directly to the body? In case I don't have enough leather for the strips~

I'm very pleased that you like it☺️ Of course you can do it without the stripes. It would only be inconvenient to stitch, but it can be done.

Crazy Horse tobacco leather in 1.5mm thickness You can buy this leather from suppliers in your country or look for it on etsy or similar sites

Кожа Crazy horse в толщине 1.5мм. Для этой выкройки подойдёт толщина до 2.5мм но нужно будет дольше формовать боковины и сшивать как показано в видео.
