Oh, Hahn, this bag is extraordinary. I have seen folded bags and Origami-Inspired, it have seen nothing at all as exquisite and intricate as this. It must have taken eons to figure it all out...in leather yet!!! My hat is off to you, Master Artisan and Craftsman! Much love and admiration.

That fold pattern is Yoshimura Folding. Originally observed when a cylinder is crushed straight down under pressure,.

I remember seeing a video of a soda can being crushed by a hydraulic press, made this exact pattern. It’s really cool!

👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 this is gorgeous! I once created a wall backdrop out of large sheets of paper folded the same way. It took some time, and all the work was worth it.

Sono affascinata dalla maestria con cui vengono utilizzati ogni singolo attrezzo, la manualità e l'amore che c'è nel realizzare questi capolavori. Mi piacerebbe tanto poter imparare e conoscere l'utilizzo e i nomi di ogni arnese. Senza contare che quest'arte non viene poi così valorizzata se non per mostrare agli altri di possedere qualcosa griffata. Ma il vero e reale valore non lo si capisce realmente. Dietro ogni singolo taglio, cucitura e piega c'è amore per ciò che si fa. Stimo queste persone che oltre ad usare la testa usano anche il cuore in ogni cosa che creano.
