I see you have a G. Sakai knife. How sharp that knife compare to other Japanese knives? How easy to work with that knife? that knife is cost 18,000Y I saw on the website.

gsakai knife cuts very well. Especially useful when thinning leather. Since it is a well-made steel, it will be sharpened less frequently. The amount of money in Japan is that much. I recommend it.
