Learning to Throw Left Handed (Day 1)
This video is purely for a baseline test of where my left-hand throw was prior to training it.
I messed my hand up pretty bad and have now decided to try to learn how to throw with my non-dominant hand. This is also the start of a sort of 30-day challenge of me learning to throw with my left hand. I'll update you with the progress at 30 days and hopefully, we will see some good progress before the dodgeball season.
