Sovereign Father, help us be still and know that You are God. You are exalted above the nations. You are exalted above all the earth. You are in complete control of our lives. We release all of our worries, burdens and anxieties over to You because greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. Help us to let go and let You take the wheel over our lives. Let us not be anxious about anything but in every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present our requests to You. May Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. All things are possible with You Lord. In Jesus' name. Amen.

I went to our Pastor for counseling and found my biggest problem was with control. I believe it started with the death of my first husband at age 43. Dear Heavenly Father, help me to surrender to You and know You have my best interests in Your Hands. Amen.
