Do things that make you happy, don't worry so much about what people think about you and don't go actively chasing a soulmate. It's far more likely to happen when you're getting out there doing fun things and meeting people naturally. And don't take advice from random strangers on the internet 😉

Thank you for sharing your life advice, life is definitely more fun when you do the things that you genuinely enjoy rather than subscribing to societal and cultural norms.

Aw, saddest thumbnail ever 🥺 Hope you're doing OK? I think you actually are using your science degree. You have a very scientific way of going about fitness, based on proven research. You also implement and explain things rigourously and methodically as we're taught in STEM. Who knows when your coaching career will take off, but you definitely deserve it to - you really know your stuff 🙏👍

I appreciate your kind comment! Im doing fine! I have full belief in my capabilities and will trust the process. But I am human and have these feelings too of self doubt and feeling like a failure. Its learning to work through these thoughts and shift our perspective to ultimately becoming the best version of ourselves everyday. Im a firm believer of 1% better everyday. THank you kindly 🙏
