Learning Hammer Throw #2 - Starting One Turns!
I got out for my second hammer practice and things are feeling great. I worked on my winds, release, turns, and got into some one turn throws. My hammer glove should arrive this week and I can't wait to get into some 2 and 3 turns soon.

Delivery need to drive your left knee into your right and explode up with arms long and relaxed . Your dragging it due to light weight
