Central Line-Associated Bloodstream Infections (CLABSI) is a significant concern in healthcare, with thousands of cases reported annually. According to the CDC, approximately 30,000 cases of CLABSI occur in the U.S. each year, leading to increased morbidity, prolonged hospital stays, and substantial healthcare costs.
